Highly recommend SSL.com and KERVIN

Highly recommend SSL.com! We recently obtained an OV Code Signing Certificate through them and the service was top-notch. A huge shoutout to Kervin, who assisted us throughout the process; his expertise was instrumental in getting our certificate issued as quickly possible. Their rates are also much more competitive than other providers I looked at. Great service, great price—I'll definitely be back.

Kervin was great

Kervin was great to work with

He was very responsive, and helped with questions I had, getting me a quote, and updating it quickly.

The page for the code signing process was a little complicated and kept taking us back to a page to upload documents that we had uploaded some before.

I had a very complex and delayed validation process for a code signing certificate, and I was honestly quite frustrated at one point.
Rhinna handled my case with patience, professionalism, and clear communication. She took the time to understand the situation, corrected a misclassification in the validation process, and guided everything toward a successful resolution.
What stood out the most was her responsiveness and her ability to finally move the process forward after it had been stuck for quite some time.
Thanks to her support, my certificate is now in the final stage, and everything is on track.
