Utterly applaud, stay away got blocked after enquiring to speak to manager after waiting a month for 1 item.
Not parcel, no refund, blocked me from emails.

Absolutely disgusting, a joke that they exist. How they are even allowed to still sell on Amazon is a crime.
Literally they are scammers, i have been liasing for a whole month to get my parcel then eventually requested refund.
Kid you not my communication was blocked from their side when asked to speak to management.

Item not received. They claimed there was a failed delivery attempt which was not true as we were in the property all the time. Unable to speak to anyone in "customer service" at either Sport it First or Decathlon where I bought the racket from.

Returned an item bought from Debenhams (tried on, didn't fit, put back in box). They refunded me £10 less than I paid because they claimed the box was damaged. If it was, it was damaged in the post, and they notably couldn't provide any evidence.

They also made up a section of their returns policy about damaged boxes which isn't on their website. It only mentions sticking labels to boxes. I did neither of those things.

I'll be charging back for this and I would encourage others to do the same.

Bought Brooks Ghost trainers from this seller but through Amazon. Trainers fell apart at 5 weeks. Seller won’t refund as it’s outside of the 1 month return. The item is faulty but they say because they’re not they don’t make the product they don’t honour the same warranty. Unacceptable.

I purchased several Crep laces in different colours from this company. But I had an issue with all black and all white laces. I called and explained the issue and then followed it up with an email and images of what had been sent in error, clearly stating website shows the white laces with white end caps and the black laces with black end caps. The order I received both colour laces had gold end caps.

My email 04th August 2025 and Sport it First subsequent correspondence:

"Good day,

Following our conversation, please see the image attached.

The black and white laces I have received are shown on your website as either full white or full black. But, with the 2 orders I have placed with you both colours have gold end caps."

Today I called and as I hadn't had a response after a waiting over a week. Only to be told, I had stated every lace I had ordered had gold end caps, which wasn't correct. Because my initial email clearly states the full black and full white laces, as opposed to the other laces from the combined orders, which are white/grey and sky/navy.

I asked had anyone read my initial email - I got no response to that question and was told I had stated all the laces had gold end caps.

Rather than supply what was advertised on their website, I was told if wasn't happy I should return the items for a refund.

Today 13th August the website is still advertising the laces in all black and all white. So, it doesn't look as if any investigation has taken place or the website corrected.

If it was possible, I wouldn't even give this company a star rating. One star is too high in my opinion.

Do not buy from this company. I bought trainers via Debenhams which were too big. Had problems returning them. I was eventually given a barcode to return. I am still fighting for my refund, umpteen emails to customer service. This has been going on since June with no progress.

Would not help with an item that developed a fault. Worn 5 times, less than 6 months old. Just kept saying 30days return over and over again. Your consumer rights will be disturbed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Sold through Debenhams but no goods sent and it took me to email them a week later to get a response. No money back yet, but I just know it’s going to be an issue!

First time purchaser and the experience was great. I found some Hoka trainers that I wanted at a great price.

I placed the order on the Saturday evening and they arrived on the Tuesday.

I liked Sport It First and was shopping here regularly, but my last order wasn't pleasant at all. Usually I shop with big chunks and return the items that don't fit or I don't like.

In my last order's return, they refunded only 2 items out of 5 items that I sent back, even though I sent back only one package, no way some of it arrived, others didn't. In the customer service, I explained my situation, but they kept telling me the same thing, "two items as can be seen on our system", like a machine. I lost £60 unnecessarily. Be careful when returning, take a video or something like that.

The order and original delivery was absolutely great and lightening fast, no problems with the item, all great, but the length of time waiting for the exchange was too long for my liking. Great comms and also always answered quickly but stock response really. All in all great product at very reasonable prices (£175 for £300 rugby boots) but if you need an exchange in size as I did, you just gotta wait. So so close to superb, just a bit of tweaking the returns.

Avoid like the plague, slow deceiving delivery time, even worse returns process!!

I can’t find out how to return, my order number, and return centre all in dollars??? what a disappointment

Would give this company more stars if they were available! Placed an order on Friday and asked if they could send it as quick as possible - delivered next day and they are a fabulous product!

Shocked when my parcel was showing as delivered (with no photo as proof of postage) - I contacted the company and they kept repeating the tracking showed as delivered. I asked them for proof of postage but they kept repeating what the link said. Refused a refund! Not sure if the parcel was left outside and someone took it, or if the courier lost it? Either way they have been so unhelpful and I'm not out of pocket.
