Made 2 orders now, some work trousers by Dickies, which you can’t seem to get anywhere. Sizes were limited but luckily had my size.
Both orders (separated by 1 month), arrived on time and were as expected.
I can’t fault them.

Quality item, now hard to find, at a good price was delivered quickly in the busiest time of the year. One small delay but I was notified.

I ordered trainers through decathlon for a Christmas present, they arrived Christmas eve and after inspecting I realised the wrong size had been sent. After a very frustrating exchange, the new pair sent were also the incorrect size!

Ordered a pair of running shoes on 2/12 for my girlfriend. Heard nothing except the “order is on its way” email for the next 2 weeks. Contacted Sport It First, they said my order was “lost in transit”. So, a waste of time in the end and short a Christmas present. Useless company.

I've attempted to order something from Sport It First now twice, and they've sent me the wrong size both times. I don't think their website has accurate stock information and they just 'make it up' when they send something. Sounds like a strange business model but emailing to say something is out of stock instead of sending the wrong sizes saves time not only for the person ordering but also the company. I tried phoning and emailing, but they don't pick up the phone and emails have gone unanswered.

Item arrived extremely late however kept it due to necessity otherwise it would have gone back. The item itself was very nice but sadly it had a defect which showed up within a small amount of use therefore tried to open up a communication with the seller.

Did everything the seller requested including pictures and a description then had to wait a number of days for a response, the response was not worth the wait.

A very poorly constructed message in which the seller ignored all the information given to them and instead made a decision based off personal preference?

To completely miss the point of the dialogue and come to a very strange conclusion has me thinking this company has no idea what they are doing.

Complaint raised and i definitely wouldn't recommend this company based on the service received as a whole. (Poor delivery, poor item, poor aftercare service). Thanks

Ordered online through boohoo. Received used item with no box or tags.
Emailed asking for return details. 2 weeks later no reply. Emailed again, was eventually sent details a week later and returned straight away. 3 months later, still no refund.

Bought some Puma running shoes, never heard of the company before but the price was good so I bought them, no problems, fast delivery, good company

Mon achat a été annulé car ils n'avaient plus l'article en stock. Pourtant, il l'était au moment de mon achat sur leur site internet.

The product’s quality is what I expected

Bietet Artikel an die es überhaupt nicht zur Lieferung gibt. Mehrfach versucht seit Wochen - immer erhält man nach 1-2 Tage eine Rückzahlung und die Bestellung wird ohne Angabe von Gründen storniert. Den Artikel kann man weiterhin sofort erneut bestellen und im Anschluss wird es einfach storniert.

Utterly applaud, stay away got blocked after enquiring to speak to manager after waiting a month for 1 item.
Not parcel, no refund, blocked me from emails.
Scam alert.

Absolutely disgusting, a joke that they exist. How they are even allowed to still sell on Amazon is a crime.
Literally they are scammers, i have been liasing for a whole month to get my parcel then eventually requested refund.
Kid you not my communication was blocked from their side when asked to speak to management.

Item not received. They claimed there was a failed delivery attempt which was not true as we were in the property all the time. Unable to speak to anyone in "customer service" at either Sport it First or Decathlon where I bought the racket from.

Returned an item bought from Debenhams (tried on, didn't fit, put back in box). They refunded me £10 less than I paid because they claimed the box was damaged. If it was, it was damaged in the post, and they notably couldn't provide any evidence.

They also made up a section of their returns policy about damaged boxes which isn't on their website. It only mentions sticking labels to boxes. I did neither of those things.

I'll be charging back for this and I would encourage others to do the same.
