I have brought another pair from specscart as the service was good. I like my glasses with a blue tint. My only gripe was their was a discount code which I placed but once my glasses had gone through did not take it off.

I was looking for glasses that were just a bit different
I was looking for glasses that were slightly different, I felt the main stream suppliers just offered the same frames in 200 different ways. discovering specscart I was really pleased they just offered more individual designs, I received my order in good time and have been really happy with both sets of glasses. One pair unfortunately broke at the hinge, no surprise specscart accepted my return and replaced the frames immediately without any problems. Thanks for the great service and product.

What absolutely excellent customer service!
My second pair of glasses arrived today from Specscart, the first pair I was very happy with and have been wearing every day, so I decided to order a second pair that were a bit more daring, I got some cat eye glasses and unfortunately when they arrived they really don't suit me - they are a bit too 'daring' for me, and too big for my quite narrow face. I got in touch with customer chat and the very helpful and friendly Kapil has been absolutely amazing! Explained my options and once I had chosen my replacement frames, helped me to arrange returning my others. I don't have a printer, so Kapil kindly arranged for Royal Mail to collect from my home, and they will provide the returns label. Once the unsuitable frames have been received they will process my replacement order. I couldn't have asked for a better service! So helpful, so friendly and polite. I feel very looked after and like an important customer.
