I had an issue with my Homebase unit , which was resolved, the problem I have now is the amount of time it takes to get a verification code,I had to keep requesting one this morning to log in on my iPad and finally received three at once now I’m trying to access the app on my iPhone and have now been waiting 17 minutes ,I have a strong mobile connection but I’m still waiting,very frustrating

Does what it says on the tin,
I had a problem with the connection between the camera and the solar panel, it worked after taking the camera down and reconnecting it twice,all ok now

At the moment this fixed deal looks good

I received my renewal contract and as usual the price had been increased by 25% the price for “new customers “ is 50% lower , so not sure how the new contract reflects customer loyalty!!
I spoke to Dean at gigaclear and he was able to offer me a 18 month deal at the same price has my last contract. Dean was very helpful and professional, well done Dean 👏🏻👏🏻
(Perhaps Gigaclear should look at how Octopus operate )
I really hate having to go through the same hassle with Gigaclear every 18 months to keep the price at a reasonable level, come on Gigaclear look after your loyal customers because there will come a time when there is true competition out there.

A decision to allow diagnostics was made in a timely manner,and the Benenden staff were very helpful

I was pleased with the outcome of the work,especially the plastering which was excellent,the only downside to the experience was getting confirmation of payment, I was told that I would receive an email , it didn’t appear,I rang and was told that a email would be sent plus a receipt in the post, I didn’t receive either. In the end after a few weeks I rang to make a complaint and Mark sent a receipt of payment immediately, it’s a shame the administration let the company down.

Collection was speedy and efficient

My yearly safety check was due in 15th October 2021,BG cancelled this appointment,no contact no phone call from them,I complained and was given compensation due to poor service,another appointment was made for 16th December,which was also cancelled and I also received compensation again for poor service ,another appointment was made for 11th January,which has now also been cancelled,and another appointment has been scheduled for March,which will be six months overdue I spoke to a British Gas agent who tried to tell me this was within the time limit allowed,which totally baffled me. Why is British Gas running a campaign on TV for new business when they cannot fulfill their current commitments.I spent most of my working life in the employment of British Gas and I am so disappointed in how the business has deteriorated and how poor the customer service is. Absolute disgrace!
