Sent my glasses in for renewing the…

Sent my glasses in for renewing the lenses on Thursday by post , they received them on the Friday , all reglazed and despatched back to me the same day , which I then received on the Saturday , no complaints at all

Wouldn’t honour a deal on a motability…

Wouldn’t honour a deal on a motability vehicle , despite the advisor and business manager agreeing the wording was ambiguous and deceiving, wouldn’t recommend this group

Purchased a drone mini 3

Purchased a drone mini 3 , randomly flies back to base and not always accepting commands , shop wont accept it back due to it being activated ( how else am I supposed to fly it ) it’s 7 days old
Shop Admitted it has a fault and won’t refund despite it being under 14 days , head office useless , will be going to ombudsman and trading standards ( already involved ) and will
Be issuing a charge back via my bank please do not buy any drones from this company you will regret it. They are a scam.

Update , they have since refunded after I said to them they are breaching the CRA , but I still wouldn’t recommend them

Can’t place online orders

Along with many others on this review page. When I try to order online , all payment methods get rejected , numerous calls to so called customer support and they say they’ll forward it and get someone to contact me and sort it out , this never happens
Customer service is rubbish and they can’t solve problems

Do not order an Apple Watch via wowcher
Very scratched and damaged screen , battery only lasting about 8 hours
, been sent back and they are Denying receipt of it , despite tracking showing it as being delivered
Avoid these criminals

Ignore fca rules

Ignore fca rules , cut n pasted responses to questions
Don’t address what you actually type
Despite them saying they want 15 days from 29th November to investigate a complaint , 15 days to Kroo is the 24th January ( maths not their strong point either)

Useless warranty

Useless warranty , my battery on my 1.3 qashqai has died twice showing 43% and 66% without any reason. Tried to claim on warranty for new battery and they are saying there’s nothing wrong with it , after sales is rubbish , won’t be buying another Nissan

18 years with a ctf and they failed to…

18 years with a ctf and they failed to make a profit , got even less back than what was put jn , absolute joke of a company , I would have earned more in a regular savings account
