Absolutely amazing, ordered gorgeous glasses at a fraction of the price from my normal opticians at 11.24am and they were delivered the next day free of charge, with loads of freebies, will definitely never buy from an optician again. And the fact you can try several pairs free of charge before buying, you can’t go wrong.

Ordered weeks ago, received order confirmation email and nothing else since, tried contacting them several times but no response. Will now be taking out a fraud case through my bank.

Tried to deliver a day early but no one home so was taken back to the depot, i left instructions on their website where to leave for delivery next day in a safe place and driver totally ignored and just left on doorstep for all to see. Luckily still there when I got home from work.

Placed an order 9th August for an aircon unit as advertising next day delivery and required urgently. contacted Yodel who have informed they are still waiting for Pro Breeze to send them the item.
as other buyers are stating you can only contact Pro Breeze via email, I'm still waiting for my reply.
Spend your money elsewhere as they false advertise.

Will never use again, chose new frames at the Grosvenor Centre, Northampton branch then sat around for 2 hours as so short staffed and assistant was trying to serve several people at the same time. Absolute chaos.

Felt very let down with eon next recently after being given incorrect instructions and being fobbed off by many of their staff. That was until Fleur took on my case. She is a real credit to eon next and contacted me almost daily, checking I was ok and keeping me informed on what was happening and finally today after many weeks, she got everything sorted.
Eon next many of your staff are not interested in us customers whereas Fleur needs promoting with a huge pay rise.

Brilliant service, very quick delivery with regular updates. Not the cheapest on tech but quality better than expected.

Canvas beautiful considering it was free but £7.99 postage a bit steep as canvas only 8 x 10 inch.

Easy to order online. Had a query regarding order so phone and all that I spoke to in customer service were cheerful and very helpful.
Only just received my topper so will not judge on that yet.

Only given one star as wouldn’t let me leave zero. Parcels always damaged on delivery and unless you have photos of original packaging with delivery address attached you can’t claim on the insurance they suggest you take out. COMPLETELY USELESS
