DAC incredibile con chip ESS SABRE! il massimo desderabile che rappresenta una soluzione di qualita' impressionante ed eccezionale! e di una semplicita' unica nell'utilizzo e nei collegamenti delle nostre sorgenti audio che usiamo per ascoltare musica e di tutto ad un prezzo regalo considerando i prezzi che hanno Dac che fanno le stesse cose ma a cifre FOLLI! e magari con meno qualita'. Lo Consiglio e lo Raccomando a chiunque e' solo da provarlo per comprendere cosa abbiamo a portata di mano per soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze audio con il non PLUSULTRA della QUALITA' in maniera definitiva ad un prezzo ridicolo!

Excellent Customer Service

I had ordered a Sound Bullet on a Thursday before a rush of location work. All caught up in the work for the next several days I kept looking in my email for a response from Sonnect about my order. I couldn’t find a response… even in spam folder. The next week I wrote an email to tech support asking about my order, I was very concerned and had anxiety that the order somehow didn’t go through and my card was charged. The next morning the very excellent customer service called my cellphone and explained the email address provided wasn’t working properly. They also let me know the bullet was shipped and had already arrived. I was too caught up in checking for the confirmation email that I didn’t bother to check to see if the sound bullet had actually arrived and it had! It arrived a few days prior. They had shipped the bullet promptly and everything was grand and the great part was customer service took the time to actually call me and tell me my email wasn’t working… which I confirmed and gave them a new email address. All problems solved. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you Sonnect.

Great little device!

I got a chance to test out the Sonnect Sound Bullet this past weekend and it worked just as advertized. I appreciate how much value is packed into such a small device.

I was also impressed with shipping speed, especially coming from Italy to the U.S.
