Sonique Dress Heaven Arvostelua 

Ordered beautiful dress online for my daughter's prom. It has just been received and it's perfect! The price was very reasonable too!!

I had a lovely experience with sonique , staff are amazing and helpful the huge store has so much choice and a payment scheme , regardless with the pandemic and difficulties of deliveries of dresses arriving on time they ensured they could get my dress on time and I understand sometimes its not their fault if suppliers let them down with everything going on but they did keep me updated and considering this company has been going for over 30 years I feel its a great outlet to go to for any occasion .
And parking is outside and local food places to eat and shops on the retail park and into the town so was worth my long journey to the store.

Dress ordered in March for daughters prom in July. Countless calls to the shop. They never answer. Left answerphone messages they never get back to you. Eventually someone did and offered to post it for £10. Paid. Never came. Prom been and gone and now visa have refunded me. Avoid this place. They are a scam setup. I'm sure there were other people in my situation that didn't pay on a credit card and paid cash and have now lost out.

We went to Sonique to look for a dress for my daughters prom, the staff there were very unhelpful and very pushy, they didnt realy give my daughter a chance to have a proper look at the dresses, she finally found a few she liked and wanted to try them all on, the first dress she tried on she was almost bullied into agreeing to by that one by the so called fitting lady, we had to step in and say hang on, she wants to try the others first. she then tried on a dress that she liked and we were then quickly ushered to the till to pay for it, again we had to speak up and say that the drees didn't fit her as it was two sizes to big, we then had a few huffs and puffs from the woman but eventually came back with a new dress in her size, the dree did need a few alterations doing that we understood, we have since got the dress altered by a professional seamstress and her comments were the dress is of very poor quality and wouldn't of paid any more than £100 for it, the material is very cheap and the jewels keep falling off. £380 for a load of rubbish, really not happy with this shop and would certainly not recommend to anybody, STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Purchase dress 4th of May ,after 9 week we still haven't received a dress,try call with no luck,send lots of emails no luck,poor customer service, I have to resolve my issue with Bank.Be carefully

So disappointed. Drove 100 miles to get here, entered the shop and was asked what budget we had in mind then literally just ignored! Left us to our own devices, so we picked out a number of dresses to try on then a girl asked us what we were doing, so I said we’d helped ourselves as no one was helping us ... she apologised and wheeled our rack to the fitting room then , again, we were ignored!! I had to get my daughter into and out of her dresses, one didn’t have the lacing for the back so asked if there was one we could just use to see how the dress fitted - was eventually given one. Not once did anyone ask if we needed help, if they could get us more dresses ... nothing! Not even a goodbye when we left the shop! Complete waste of 5 hours, struggling through rush hour traffic ... wouldn’t touch this shop with a barge pole. Judgemental, rude and couldn’t be bothered and it wasn’t just the one member of staff like this, they all were.

I’m only putting one star because I am required to! Me and three friends had booked two BFF appointments as we attempted to ring multiple times to make sure this was okay due to corona virus we got no answer, we also sent over 6-10 emails before hand still no answer, however as we had already booked we went to the store. We travelled over an hour paying for train and bus fare. We arrive to the store to not be greeted and stood at the door for 10minutes while we can see plenty of free staff members who are to occupied gossiping to other staff members. We wait patiently then finally get greeted and get told our appointment has been confirmed and that we could look around and try on dresses however have to wait a further 5 minutes for a rack which is 3 metres from where we were stood. We looked around hanging the small amount of dresses we could find that look similar to the ones we lived on the site on the rack then as we are about to go towards the dressing room a different staff member asked us if we had booked appointments, we say yes and say we booked her the BFF appointments she ignores us and says as you have only booked two appointments only two of the for of us can try on dresses, we agree then continue to look around when this women continues to interrogate us asking if we have a parent the website did not specify 16 year olds and over must attend with a parent. We then get asked to leave the shop completely even though we was nothing except polite to all the staff members and patient. The dresses were difficult to find in all sizes especially sizes over 10, causing a person to feel extremely insecure in the shop if you are not barbie doll size, lastly you constantly fearing for your wallet or bank card as all the dress are so tangled up you are worried you might rip a sequin off and have to have full fee for a £700 dress you do not desire, do not go due to the immensely rude staff members who look at you as if you were something on the back of their shoe. Tragic, disappointing experience that discourages you from wanted to attend prom or any special event

Amazing customer service, all ladies were really helpful from the moment I entered the shop right up until I left and I found my perfect prom dress, would definitely recommend.

Well what can i say a amazing experience , my daughter had a fantastic time with her friends and all us mums too, staff were amazing , , highly recommend it

best experience, girls made me feel so comfortable as soon as i stepped into the shop, decor was outstanding and customer service was tremendous

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Ordered and paid for a prom dress in January 2020, we’ve paid £695.00 so a lot of money!! Due to Covid 19 they contact me via text to say they wanted to post my daughters dress out but they required an additional £20 to do this! Begrudgingly I sent a further £20. Two weeks later a dress arrived, it’s not ours!! I contacted Sonique straight away but almost a week later they still haven’t rang me to sort this out! I’m extremely upset, frustrated and unhappy! Absolutely no customer service. I understand they must be operating under difficult circumstances at present due to Covid 19 but I don’t think that excuses not picking up the phone to give assurance that their mistake will be rectified and we will receive the dress we paid for! I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience so far!

I’m still extremely unhappy. Eventually got the right dress but it’s shoddy. The quality isn’t what it should be. Beads and crystals not sewn on properly so they hanging off. I’ve sent photos and numerous emails to Sonique with no response! Their customer service is awful, all they want is your money. Please buy your dress from elsewhere! Think this is going to end up in a small claims through the courts.
