Sonique Dress Heaven Arvostelua 

Paid £600 for a dress still not received the dress that was paid in full sent emails left messages and still nothing.notbhappy

Going by website photos it looks like a warehouse, but it’s not huge. We travelled 140 rt for a 1.30 appt but never got a assistant until 2pm,You don’t book in you have to wait until someone decides to help. First impression was its all cheap Chinese rubbish, the fabric is all that stretchy fake polestar satin that clings to any bump or pantie lines with no lining, not what I’d expect from a £600 dress!
The dresses are all in their set colours, but the sizes are mixed up not in order of size, so trying to get correct size was a nightmare. The assistant was just pulling dresses out & putting them on a rack, so some didn’t fit my slim Sz 8/10 daughter, a few had seams coming apart, bottom of zips coming out & broken straps or stained. It was explained to me that they were just dresses to try on, but my budget was only enough for sale items so purchased there & then.
I wasn’t paying £200 + for cheap fabrics with splits broken zips & stained items. So walked out .
One assistant told my daughter if she didn’t order today 10/03 she wouldn’t get a dress in time for her prom in July . They must be shipping them from Shein or Temu via sea mail. Since the same dress’s are being sold on internet from China, of which they say will arrive end of March!

Absolutely devasted
We started prom dress shopping in October to be ahead of the game
From the first point of paying a deposit should have known then to steer clear
Gave the owner a second chance paid the balance and went along in feb to collect what should have been a brand new dress
Dress was absolutely filthy because I was so angry and the manager no where to be seen I left the shop and asked to be contacted by her asap
Left numerous messages after finally getting a call back she is very sincere about the dress and assures me by the following week a brand new dress will be in store and she will also be there to make sure we are completely happy and rectify what has already happened
We arrive a few days later to no manager again and a different colour dress as the one originally chosen has now been discontinued no phone call or prior warning
Absolutely devastated what should have been an easy process and nice occasion turned into tears
We have had a full refund and luckily have managed to get a prom dress in time
Please avoid this shop at all costs not sure how she stays open

From the time we went through the door our grandaughter was allowed to look around to explore a rainbow Prom dress adventure. Every colour,every type of dress you could ever need for any occasion.
The staff were absolutely wonderful allowing her to explore all the variety of dresses she wanted to.
She had been to other shops but they did not have an exact match of the dress she wanted.
A wonderful loving caring environment to shop for a dress for any occassion
Sonique met her expectations and more.
The staff were absolutely wonderful allowing her to explore to her hearts content.

On visiting sonique heaven for the first time I was very pleased with the customer service that I was shown , while I was looking around at all of the lovely dresses I was approached by a lovely member of staff called Leah Locke who helped me to pick out some beautiful dresses to try on , she was so kind, caring and helpful.

It was so good and the dresses are sooo pretty Leah Locke was so kind to me and helped me find my dream dress she was so genuine and she really made my experience 5 stars I would definitely recommend her as she is so supportive and kind !!

I went to this shop in December for my prom dress and placed down a deposit ! they said I can pay the rest over the phone due to the fact I live 2 and a half hours away ! I have rang the shop multiple times and emailed them multiple times and so have many of my family members and have heard nothing back ! It’s now been 3 months and still no dress ! awful company, don’t get scammed like I did

Amazing customer service, met with a friendly smile, polite, leah who helped me had a great knowledge of the dresses in the shop and what would suit best.

I was a bit stuck on what to get as a dress for prom so I thought I’d try out Sonique dress heaven as I’ve heard some good reviews and honestly don’t think I’ve felt more comfortable and welcomed in a place before. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. This one girl helped me so much with picking out a dress she asked me so many questions to help me find the perfect dress for me I think her name was Leah L I can’t remember her last name but I know it started with L but she was amazing I thought it was going to take me ages to find the perfect dress but she made it so quick and easy and now I’ve got a dress ready for prom and I’m so happy. Honestly if you want a dress come here because they have such a big variety and you feel so welcomed in there and I love my dress so much. Very happy.

I went to this prom dress shop with a closed mind I didn’t think I would find what I wanted but I did with the help from Leah Locke who assisted me through out the whole appointment she was lovely and well mannered so was every other worker there definitely will be telling people about this experience

At sonique dress heaven I gone with my Girlfriend for her prom dress for the summer and everyone there was so helpful with helping my girlfriend make the right decision and keeping her calm Especially a girl Leah L who helped a lot and was dressed lovely She was a great support 😁

WOW!! Amazing shop if you are looking for a dress under a budget. Emily started my daughters appointment showing her a variety of different dresses. She tried on about 20 dresses, all wonderful. Amazing service!!

I went here the other day, amazing selection of dresses. Emily was really helpful bringing me recommendations asking what style and colour I liked helping choose the perfect dress
