The dresses at sonique dress heaven are literally heaven for your eyes. They are absoloutely beautiful and will definitely be recomme ding to friends and family. There were two absoloutely lovely employees i belienve they were Leah L and Leah P. They were so helpful and great to communicate with. I'm satisfied with my customer service. Thank you!

Amazing choice of dresses, I felt very worried at first about choosing my prom dress as it’s a big decision but the staff helped me pick the perfect dress. The girl that started my booking off pulled out some amazing dresses and was very helpful!

I approached the shop in interest to find the perfect dress when a young lady approached me with all good intentions taking my best interest to heart. She was very approachable and was able to pinpoint me to the exact style of dress I wanted! She goes under the name of Leah, very well mannered and approachable Thankyou for your service! The shop and staff are amazing but the dresses are even more amazing so beautiful x

Absolutely terrible. We had reminders about our appointment the day before only to find that the shop was shut when we arrived for our confirmed appointment.
I had taken a day off work and we had driven for an hour to get there.
We waited for half an hour and gave up. We trued to contact via Insta, Facebook and left a phone message, but no one has replied to apologise or explain.
We have a very disappointed daughter. What a waste of time.
