Very pleased with our visit!
Very pleased with our picture and Nick that helped us with any questions was very knowledgable and very helpful. No heavy salesperson interrupting our visit but on hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend Sofology to friends and family plus the Latte was lovely !!!!

Amazing customer service being given in a relaxed but attentive manner. No pressure, no hard sell. It was brilliant. Always really helpful when needed but not pushy. It made for a relaxed but informative atmosphere. Would highly recommend the Swindon branch, Nick in particular! Thankyou

Nick in Swindon
We were looked after by Nick and he took time to explain about the different fabrics available (including those most resistant to pet clawing) and gave us information on prices and delivery times on several products. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
He also requested samples of the fabrics the suites are made from. Unfortunately we only received the swatch of the main suite and didn't receive those for the cushions. It would be extremely useful to receive those too as we are trying to buy curtains which will be suitable.

A warm and friendly greeting on entering the store. Great selection of sofas, we’d been to other stores. Sofologist (Kai), was very helpful, including making us a coffee. He explained all of the features of the sofa we liked and was very good at explaining all of the financial aspects.
