Sofology - Swindon Arvostelua

The young lady who sorted out my deal was lovely.

Zenyol and team in Swindon were incredible, we had an awkward brief and within seconds the team came together to brainstorm options for us. We weren’t expecting to find something so suited to us. Thank you!

Helpful assistance that did not pressure for a purchase

Great Customer service by Kyle

Very good experience, Very happy and cheerful employee. Happy with sofa options.
Thank you especially to Kai

Great sofa and a good price, Shanelle was very helpfull and knowledgeable about the sofa along with top tips for aftercare of the sofa.
I would definitely recommend going to Sofology.

The salesperson who helped me understand the different cushions and fabrics. There was no hard sell, but he was very helpful and this made me go back with my husband and order the sofas

Very pleased with our picture and Nick that helped us with any questions was very knowledgable and very helpful. No heavy salesperson interrupting our visit but on hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend Sofology to friends and family plus the Latte was lovely !!!!

Shanelle was very helpful and helped us along the way. Thank you!

Thank you to Nick for the fantastic experience we had buying our sofa. Whilst of course we fell in love with the sofa and cannot wait to receive it, the buying experience itself was superb! He was perceptive in understanding what we were looking for, helpful in making the process smooth and just a good fun guy to deal with. Thank you very much!

Helpful, quick service

very polite staff, helpful and informative but not pushy

Amazing customer service being given in a relaxed but attentive manner. No pressure, no hard sell. It was brilliant. Always really helpful when needed but not pushy. It made for a relaxed but informative atmosphere. Would highly recommend the Swindon branch, Nick in particular! Thankyou

Great experience buying a sofa with Sofology. Everything went very smoothly, and Shanelle was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Really happy with the service

We were looked after by Nick and he took time to explain about the different fabrics available (including those most resistant to pet clawing) and gave us information on prices and delivery times on several products. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
He also requested samples of the fabrics the suites are made from. Unfortunately we only received the swatch of the main suite and didn't receive those for the cushions. It would be extremely useful to receive those too as we are trying to buy curtains which will be suitable.

Time taken, absolutely no rush. Excellent service

Everyone was friendly and helpful and understood what they were selling

A warm and friendly greeting on entering the store. Great selection of sofas, we’d been to other stores. Sofologist (Kai), was very helpful, including making us a coffee. He explained all of the features of the sofa we liked and was very good at explaining all of the financial aspects.

Great, efficient service.

Marta, who was dealing with us,was very patient, we had a sofa in mind, but was not practical for us,she was very helpful and didn't rush us.
