Salesperson greeted us and then stepped into the background. Any question we had were dealt with with a friendly answer. No pressure for us to buy. Ali, the salesman took us through every step when we decided to buy. A very enjoyable experience, will definitely recommend to potential sofa searchers.

Great service
Great service, we went into the store multiple times to look at sofas. When we found our sofa, the order process was easy and everything was clear. Delivery was great, efficient and the sofas are amazing!

When I went in today - a week later - to place the order, she remembered me and the product I wanted instantly, and guided me through the whole process with great care and friendly attention. We visited your Solihull store twice whilst making our decision. On the first occasion we were attended to by Ali and by Leon on the second. Both were extremely polite and helpful readily supplying the information requested and volunteering additional detail. A satisfactory result all round.
