Sofology - Rugby Arvostelua

Very friendly and helpful staff who didn’t jump on you the minute you walked through the door. But when we asked for help and advice nothing was too much trouble and the selection of sofas to choose from was great

Excellent service delivery team outstanding Sofa exactly as described on line

Smooth, easy and Fran was lovely.

Great friendly staff. Was a pleasure to do business with

Quiet friendly atmosphere and staff. Pleasure to do business with and no push at all. Lads moving the display sofas were helpful too.
First went next door into Furniture Village but we were hounded by a staff member who followed us around making us uncomfortable by asking and pushing so couldn’t get out of their store fast enough.

the staff were friendly cheerful and extremely helpful
not overbearing allowing us to make our choice without interference

The treatment was superb. We enjoyed shopping there. Great Team at Rugby.

Very helpful, friendly service. Quick and smooth order.

I was greeted by Bart upon entering the store and made aware he was available to answer any questions etc. I was then free to wander and try out the sofas without being hassled (which I like). When I asked for information he was knowledgeable, professional, and humourous.. A pleasure to buy from... Thank you...

We met, Justin, in the Rugby branch today, and he was extremely helpful and helped us chose our sofa. He was not pushy and went out his way to give us time to make the right decision. Would recommend if you’re looking to find a great sofa with helpful sales team.

Great customer service not pushy
Went over everything in detail

Fran was extremely pleasant and very helpful.

Very helpful, thank you!

Staff at Elliot’s field retail park could not have been any more friendly and helpful.

We had visited all of the sofa shops on the rugby estate and got a mixture of service and sales staff, however upon visiting sofology we had the warmest and most efficient welcome. Fran helped us immediately in a really friendly way, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products offered as well as wait times and was a real pleasure to deal with. Her skills were far and above the other sofa shops and we felt she was incredibly honest and helpful. We are so happy with her purchase and Fran was a great part of the experience. She's great! The other 2 chaps who were there were also super helpful too. Would really recommend a visit. Excited for our new sofa to arrive and in only 2 weeks!

Lloyd was really helpful, easy to talk to and informative

I’ve already done this once.
