5*star review shame I can’t give more
The sales man who saw us 2 weeks ago was very friendly and easy to approach. He never made us feel pressured into buying the sofa the first time. We went back today to and made our purchase of the sofa was great experience and very friendly staff especially who helped me and my partner. He made sure we was happy with our purchase and could not be happier with this staff. I hope he gets recognised for he’s kindness and patience he had with us on the 1st visit and today. Excellent Customer Service
We were greeted and made very welcome by Nicole at Sofology, Orpington. We had decided to purchase a
two and three seater sofa of a type already selected at a previous visit. Nicole provided further information after which she conducted the sale which was very professionally executed. Well done.
