I had such a lovely experience at Sofology thanks to Toyanne Nelson. She was so friendly, patient and genuinely helpful while I was choosing my new sofa. Nothing felt rushed and she took the time to answer all my questions and help me find the right one for my home.

Toyanne made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, which really makes a difference when making such a big purchase. Her customer service was excellent and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Maggie was fantastic, and spent ages showing us all the sofas and arm chairs that met with the design we were looking for. She explained everything very clearly, from how each worked, how to clean them if anything was spilled on them, and the various finance options available to us.

The team in the store made choosing my Sofa really exciting.
They was able to answer all of my questions which then led me to be able to make a decision on the Sofa that I have wanted for a long time.
The process was very quick and simple. I was so excited once it had all been processed and the team were excited for me and shared my enjoyment in store.
When my Sofa eventually arrived on the said date, the delivery guys took great care entering my home, unpacking the sofa and putting it all together for me absolutely faultless!
