The staff have been brilliant with us changing our minds, they’ve been patient and very helpful, especially haleema who has gone above and beyond for us. She even did a bit of Ai for us so we could visualise our new sofa, just waiting for it to be delivered now,

Mislead and forced to make an order
Bought a sofa in store with a finance agreement and was told that I could ammend my order within 48 hours. Assuming this encompassed cancelling the order I went along with it, however when I rang to cancel my order after changing my mind they told me I couldn't. After numerous calls (they were quite evasive to my questioning) I eventually found out I could cancel it but I would have a fee of 40% of my order. Why? I have no idea because I could ammend my order in anyway you could imagine, even buy a completely different sofa! So they locked me into an order for no reason but because they could. To make things worse, I found out that it was because I ordered in store and not online! Worst service ever, never going back here again.

The sales assistant Mirvin was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our choice. Mirvin was knowledgeable and confident in the advice he provided and ensured both the choosing and ordering of the sofa was streamline.

Always happy to visit sofology
Never get disappointed when you visit Sofology. Staff is very friendly, helpful and do above and beyond to help you in all the way they can. It’s sad to know they are not selling decor accessories anymore.
