Sofology - Leeds Arvostelua 

My experience with Sofology has been pleasant and I would use them again. Everything was clear to understand, there was no pressure during the sales process and the couch and chair I have purchased are of excellent quality. My furniture was even ready a week or two early. I would shop at Sofology again, but hopefully I won't need to for a long time yet!

Yet again another spam email asking me to leave a review.

Very friendly staff very helpfull

Waited 14 weeks for an electric recliner chair to arrive from the original order. It turned up with no charger for the battery, or a charging lead/cable. After several messages, was sent the charger part the following day via DPD, but still NO LEAD in the box, rendering the charger useless, and unable to charge the battery to recline the chair once it wears out. Managed to contact someone today to ask again about them sending the lead/cable, and was told this would be another 12 weeks??!!!!??!!! as it is coming from an overseas supplier!!! This is an absolute farce, and totally unacceptable. Sofology are happy taking nearly £1200 from you for a chair, and talk the talk in the showrooms, but their aftercare is absolutely dire. I will not purchase anything from them again. Do not believe all the piffle they tell you in the showroom. Really poor customer after-care, and we are now left with a chair which is going to be unusable until the lead/cable arrives.....I'm not holding my breath...😡

Gave 1 star only because we had to . What a bad company, don't use them .
We ordered a 3 seater & a 2 seater Riviera costing £4000 and waited 12 weeks for it to be delivered. When it arrived the 2 seater had a leg missing & had rips in it so we told them to take it back , the 3 seater we kept . Later on when we opened it out we noticed there was a big gap along the back which it shouldn't of had . We contacted sofolagy about this and to start with they said they would send someone out to look at it but weeks later no-one had been out to it so we contacted them again, this time we was told they wouldn't do anything about it .We still didn't have a new 2 seater they kept saying we needed to take delivery of it again and wait for someone to come fix it at our home which we refused to do as it was dangerous to keep in our home . We ended up having to go to the ombudsman about this . In the end we told sofolagy to come get their sofa and give us a full refund which they agreed too . Then on the day they came to pick it up the delivery men said we have come to deliver your sofa , they had brought the 2 seater back to us after a month , we have to tell them that they should be collecting a sofa not delivering one . So sofolagy couldn't even get that right . If you check online you will see sofolagy & DFS are the same company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Wonderful, always have what we need, beat everything available from the other stores, great price and quality. Wonderful... Just wish you still got the cuddly toy.

Semipe Adetunji made our experience great, he went overboard by using Ai to help us visualize the combination of
sofas that best works for us. He was very patient and professional. We ended up leaving very happy.

Great products & choice, helpful staff

I bought the Allur sofa and chair from this company 5 months ago , I have had to complain that in this time the seats have sunk , and the material has bobbled, I was told in store this was the best seat pads that would not sink and bounce back , not true, I was told by the company I need to purchase a de bobble tool and do this every six months , I was not told this in store , if I was I definitely would not have purchased this sofa , I was told to hoover every week and that was all the care it needed , feel I have been miss sold something , that is not fit for purpose after only 5 months , the company have said not a manufacturer fault it is supposed to do that, would not purchase from this company again

The sales person, Ade, was really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got the full set of sofas we wanted. Even though they weren’t at his current store, he found other stores that had them and arranged everything so we got the full set we wanted.

Found the suite I wanted, chuffed, big spend for me a pensioner. Went in a few times spoke to same guy, thought I was ready to sign , but he continually pushed for leather treatments, or the 5 year warranty. Three times I said no thanks . My daughter said no thanks . Ah well he pushed again, so ai left, went over the car park to SCS spend more and was treated wonderfully. Sorry Martin learn to listen and nit pull faces behind potential customers backs! Your loss .

Our 2nd visit to the store, to confirm our choice of sofa. Zak was very helpful & courteous & answered our questions. We weren’t rushed, we are able to sit & test the sofa we had chosen. Great experience!
