The customer service by the sofology was outstanding. No pressure and shopped around first. Went back and got sorted.

From stepping foot in store we were well looked after, Dannielle, explained the various sofa combinations, helped us to choose the right sofas for us, we settled for 2 3 seaters, we cant thank Danielle enough, we would have no hesitation in recommending Sofology to anyone

Metro Centre Store
We visited the Metro Centre store and were served by Danielle who was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, which was very refreshing since we’d visited a number of other sofa shops before we went to sofology.

Absolutely hate going sofa shopping
Absolutely hate going sofa shopping as the staff usually hassle you from the second you walk through the door but when we went to sofology we were left to look around at our leisure. When we did need help we were looked after by Danielle who was a delight. She helped us work out the best sizing for our room and we were happy to buy from her albeit online.
