my soda stream stopped working i contacted soda stream and they assigned a consultant who took me through the process and my problem was solved love the fast efficient service

Love how easy it is to use our SodaStream Terra which replaced an old SodaKing. Also love the great customer support. I submitted a support request enquiring where a SodaKing screw top cylinder could be swapped for a SodaStream quick connect cylinder. A prompt email response advised a list of major retailers where this could be done. Although escalation to the store manager was required, the email from SodaStream was instrumental in enabling the swap.

Delivery would have been 2 days after I placed my order however I made a mistake on the address. Sodastream were super proactive in getting the correct details and ensuring delivery only a couple of days later.

We love our Soda Stream and think it will serve us well for what we wanted but.......the Soda Stream never arrived as expected, we had to chase its non arrival and continue follow up to actually take delivery on the 19th Jan, 5+ weeks after original order and, one of the follow up emails wasn't even in my name. The way of customer service these days unfortunately.

Recently updated our Soda Stream.

With that new bottles were required, upon opening the new bottles and filling them, I noticed the rubber seal missing from the bottle lid.
I contacted Soda Stream and explained what had happened, through positive communication Soda Stream have decided to replace bottle caps.

My sodastream stopped working so I rang Customer Service. My machine was out of warranty and discontinued but Sodastream supplied a new machine for a reasonable price and waived the delivery fee. The new Sodastream accepted the gas cylinders and bottles I used with the previous machine.

Super surprised with the prompt and quality service I rec'd. Jennene was on the ball, friendly and result orientated.
