Great product, prompt delivery, great service.

The worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. Over two weeks from ordering and my order still hasn't shipped. Multiple calls with support didn't resolve the issue. Asked for a callback with a manager, which was supposedly arranged, but never actually happened. This is the closest to a scam I've ever seen

Deliveries have always been quick. However the last delivery took longer, when I made an enquiry I was told about an unexpected delay. Communication was excellent. I received part delivery quickly which was great and the full delivery when they could. A great company is a company that can deal with unexpected issues well. And soda stream have done this. Highly recommend.

I just got a delivery, it comes with the bottles, looks very dirty, damaged at the bottom, also got a peach icetea the expire day is 23/09/2026, just 2months left.
Pepsi is ok, expire day is 21/01/2027.
The soda stream is working good but delivery was so late and damaged box

Soda Stream really looked after me when I had a problem with my machine. They sent me a new one and were generally very helpful. Thank you guys!

Recently made an order of 6x2 flavours but when delivered one was the wrong flavour. Called them told them what was wrong and they immediately offered refund or replacement. Spoke to soda stream (not fobbed off overseas) and didn’t wait in a queue. Shocked really, long time since I’ve struck a company that good at customer service. Thank you

Excellent, I was happy with my purchase.
I chose the deal that comes with a machine 2 refills bottles, 3 big bottles 2 little 1 strain steel and 2 syrups .

I’m a long standing user of SodaStream user. Recently I had a problem with cylinder where it had a defective valve and it let out all the gas. I reported this to SodaStream and they sent a replacement.

Contacted Soda Stream requesting a replacement for my missing power cable for my Sodastream E-Terra. Jadine was very responsive, dispatched item promptly.
Her excellent communication skills confirmed that AI will never replace good old fashioned ‘human’ service!

Excellent customer service! We accidentally bought the wrong one and removed the cap before we realised so couldn't return it to the store, but the customer service team kindly sent us a replacement free of charge. Adrian was very prompt, courteous and helpful. Thank you Adrian- much appreciated!!

I purchased a soda stream which arrived promptly. Unfortunately it didn't work. I rang the company and spoke to a lovely woman who checked out the unit via Skype. After working out the problem I was advised that in fact it was useless. I was advised that a new soda stream was going to be sent to me. I have received an email advising me that a new unit was going to be sent. So, l am happy with the after sale service if and when I get a new soda stream.

The representative l was talking to was very helpful because l wasn't sure how to use the soda stream properly and he went through it with me step by step and made it easy to understand cause I'm not to good with computers because I have a lot to learn but I'm trying. I'm 80yrs old but I'll keep trying

Easy to order, purchased the ART model hydration pack during a sale and got excellent value for money.

I had a delivery query and got a response with 12 hours. Customer service was exceptional. Answered my query and followed up to ensure that I was kept up to date on my delivery.

Product is great - our household absolutely love it. No more carrying heavy bottles of drink from the car to the kitchen after a shop and having our favourite drinks on tap is a plus. Easy to use and the colour matches our other appliances.
