Very slow shipping with no updates as to when to expect.

What customer service?

I have sent 3 emails to this company about my most recent purchase, I am yet to get a reply. My order has been shipped but I have not received any tracking information, so I have no idea when I will be receiving my order. But they have managed to find enough time to send me an email asking to review my order, so here we are. Order at your own risk because if anything goes wrong, you're on your own. I don't think this company understands what customer service is

Always reliable, shipping goes fast, never any problem except for a couple of times with customs, but that is not Snus Express's fault. Five stars!

Update: received the order over a month later after shipping. Snus are good, good quality, outside of the duty costs it’s a good price from the company itself, and I appreciate the response from the company.

Ordered a long time ago, no tracking available without paying the whole price of the order over again. Which is fine, I get it, I’m ordering overseas and don’t want to pay any more extra than I have to. I only post this review to likely warn other Canadians, and perhaps get a response, that this seems like a scam. I feel like I just threw money into the ether, never to be seen again. That being said, I’m not blaming the company or being bitter, it was my decision and I’m fine with it, but maybe it doesn’t have to be yours as well!

I ordered, it came. But I didn't order everything I wanted, because it was out of stock.

Har beställt snus av dom länge och aldrig haft några problem men nu så har snuset inte kommit och försökte få kontakt med dom efter 1 vecka svara dom och skulle skicka ny omgång snus veckan gick och ingen snus kom har försökt e-mail dom men inget svar kommer ALDRIG beställa igen hoppas pengarna kommer tillbaka

Fruktansvärt nonchalant agerande av deras kundtjänst, paketet kommer inte fram och jag skall ringa DHL som tappat bort det, Har väntat 2 veckor nu.. och då svarar inte snusexpress på mina mejl men skickar fakturan. Absurt, men finns ypperliga alternativ tack och lov.

It's been almost a month since my last order and over two months since previous, I still didn't receive anything, and I presume I never will. Older orders was ok though, delivered in no more than a week.

Package is not delivered ! Nor was I contacted for the same at any point. Seems like a fake site . Don't order ..

Well, you forgot my order. And it wasnt before 7 days after when i sent a complaint email it suddenly were sent. But an answer on the email i didnt receive.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND SENT 5 MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSES. THIS WAS 3RD TIME ORDERED FROM THEM AND THE FIRST 2 TIMES WERE GOOD, THIRD TIME NEVER RECEIVED AND I LOST OUT ON $100

Over $100 order, and i never got my order. When i notified you, i was told basically "oh, that's a shame, check with your postal carrier, and there's really nothing we can do to help you."

So yeah, not even a refund or credit offer. Shame too, cause I can't buy tobacco here in the Philippines other than cigarettes. And i do a couple cans a day. Y'all could be making bank, but you messed it up with really horrible customer service and follow through.

Bedrövlig kundservice. Har försökt fått tag i dem flera gånger kring att de skrivit fel namn på ordern som gjorde att jag inte kunde hämta ut varan ur paketskåp. Så jag har alltså betalat för varan, men får ingen produkt eftersom man inte får återkoppling eller svar. Riktigt dåligt!

Do Not order from here! Its a Scam!
I ordered 13 weeks ago and still haven't received anything!

They advertise fast delivery which as you can see is a complete lie and they also advertise 'World Class Customer Service' which could not be further from the truth. They don't even read the content of your email let alone send responses that offer a smidge of information. They are useless!

Snabbt,smidigt och bra priser.
Dock är webbsidan lite krånglig vid beställning.
Är väl jag snart 80 år som kanske krånglar till det...eller🙄🥴😁

Ikke leverer de og ikke svarer de på tlf eller mail. Fikk ordrestatus men ingen mail om at pakken er sendt selvom det står på siden deres at bestillinger før 13.00 så skal den pakkes og sendes samme dag, har nå venta i 3 dager uten noe form for svar eller informasjon om at snusen er på vei. Veldig dårlig service og kommer aldri til å bestille fra de igjen
