One month and yet to receive the shipment
Firstly, there was no tracking or shipment details issued. I had to follow up multiple times.
The sad part is although it was said to have been shipped on the 27th of March, I am yet to receive the same. I have no way of knowing the status of my shipment.
With the ultimate utility not fulfilled , the rest of the experince does not matter.

Good products, poor shipping setup to Thailand
The products are always good, well packed, and arrive in proper condition. I order regularly and have no issue with quality.
The problem is the shipping. Orders are split into multiple parcels instead of being sent in one box, which has increased the duty cost by around 300% and made collection far more inconvenient. I raised this by email months ago and got no reply.
Good products, but the delivery side needs serious improvement. Improvement
