Extremely disappointing service and lack of support
placed an order with Snusexpress almost a month ago, and I still haven’t received my package. The parcel seems to be stuck with the postal service, and PostNL advised me that the sender must initiate an investigation. Unfortunately, Snusexpress has shown no willingness to assist beyond generic responses.
Their customer service email essentially says they cannot help because they “are not PostNL,” despite being the sender. This is incredibly frustrating — they take no responsibility for the delivery and leave customers in the dark.
If you’re ordering from abroad, be warned: once they ship your item, you’re on your own. No proactive support, no tracking help, and no accountability.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Snusexpress unless you’re prepared to lose your money or wait indefinitely with no answers.

Three Years of Smooth Shopping Experience
I have been a regular customer of SnusExpress for three years now, and I have never had any issues with my orders. Everything is straightforward: I place the order, and they promptly ship the products. The selection is huge, and some snus products can be bought at incredibly low prices. I even had a complicated issue resolved where they accommodated my request despite their policy — special thanks to Mia and Daniel for going the extra mile to help me. I highly recommend them!

Dårlig oppfølging og laaaaang ordretid...
La inn bestilling, fikk mail om at de ikke hadde varene på lager så hvis jeg kunne velge noe annet istedet.
Når jeg gjorde dette fikk jeg beskjes om at de hadde fått inn likevel og sporing kom i egen mail.
Etter 2 dager fortsatt ingen mail tok jeg kontakt og fikk beskjed om at de slettet ordren og jeg kunne legge inn ny ordre.
Dette gjorde jeg, er nå på dag 3 etter bestilling [igjen] og fortsatt ingen mail på at varene er sendt.
Veldig dårlig opplevelse og kundeservice. Anbefales ikke!!!
