AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Made two separate orders from this site, BIG mistake!!!! 1st order received after 6 weeks, despite being told, 5 working days.
Shoes were too small, I contacted to ask for a refund and 6 days later, this was the response I received?!?!?!

"You keep the products: you can use it yourself or give/sell it to someone else.
In return, you will receive a 50% discount code for our entire online store. With this, you can order another product of your choice at a super low price. Of course, also with free shipping.

The additional benefits are:
You don't have to go to the post office to repackage the product, make a shipping label, pay shipping and track & trace service, and ship the product to us.
The post office has to drive less, which is better for the environment. Every little bit helps."

I have sent back the items over a month ago and have had no response nor refund. The 2nd item has never arrived. Joke of a company!!!!!

How annoying to hear that you are not satisfied with our organization. Unfortunately, based on your review we cannot find an order in our system and therefore need your order number / email address. You may email this to info@sneakeds.com.

In addition, we always refund our customers upon receiving a return and we find it strange that you indicate that you have not received a refund. Should something have gone wrong, you will of course receive your money back. In addition, I am happy to find out what happened to your second shipment.
