Mijn bestelling inmiddels meer dan een maand geleden geplaatst. Op 2 oktober bericht dat mijn bestelling bij de vervoerder is afgegeven.....sindsdien blijft de track and trace op dezelfde berichtgeving staan te weten shipment information received. Met de verkoper is geen contact te krijgen

Na bijna 2 maanden... Ze zijn er!
3de review. Vandaag zouden mijn schoenen moeten aankomen en ze zijn aangekomen. Het duurde een hele tijd maar ze zijn er. Hallelujah! Had ik geweten dat ze helemaal va China moest komen, dan had ik ze nooit besteld.. Maar ze zijn er, ze voelen perfect en ze zijn er echt. Na 2 maanden. Ik vind het helemaal niet noodzakelijk dat ik mijn bestelling de dag nadien krijg (ik deze gekke wereld) dus de klanten service kon iets beter.. Maar.. Beste mensen, ze zijn er en ze zien er geweldig uit!

Slecht contact, geen schoenen, geen geld retour.
Ik heb in Augustus schoenen besteld. Na 3 weken had ik nog geen bevestiging van verzending waarna ik het vertrouwen was verloren. Ik heb toen meerdere mailtjes moeten schrijven om überhaubt contact te krijgen. Ik wilde de bestelling annuleren en mijn geld terug waarna mij het voorstel werd gedaan nieuwe schoenen te sturen. Uiteindelijk is er een belofte gedaan om mn geld terug te storten maar dat is al bijna 2 week geleden. Weer 10 mailtjes eraan gewijd inmiddels maar nu hoor ik weer niks.

Really lovely athletic shoes. They appear much more pricey than they actually were. As great as some trainers I've bought that cost three times as much. I'll definitely place another order with them.

“Lost” order and poor customer service, attempted bribery quickly withdrawn
Ordered on the 24th July, expecting them to come within the 2 week timeframe indicated on their website and thought would be all fine. 3 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything and was chasing them up constantly, only receiving delayed brief replies that dragged the process on and on. Eventually they acknowledged that my order was “lost” and that they would send another by different means and thankfully these arrived a week after but this was now 4 weeks after the original order and later than I needed them, not to mention they were a size too small. Their return policy is difficult and unclear as they offered to refund for free in exchange for a positive review and then immediately rescinded this when I took them up on it.
Overall, their customer service was extremely poor and I wouldn’t have got my order at all had I not chased it up.
I would strongly recommend using another vendor - they’re not a scam - they’re just a poorly staffed company

Shoes never came. No contact.
Ordered from an Instagram sponsored link. Can't believe they allow such scammers on there. Paid, got invoice notice email mentioning DHL delivery (but no tracking number).
Now their customer service doesn't even reply. I'd urge everyone to report their Instagram and Facebook pages, since I'm clearly not the only one they've deceived.

I ordered a pair a month ago. Still haven't received them, and I'm starting to think this is a scam. I sent an email concerning the issue and only got a bot reply with no real help. Don't buy the shoes they're a scam!! Been doing some research and it is a very sketchy business
I'm going to ask for a refund and give them a few days before contacting my bank.

I made a purchase on 6th of August from Finland, the order was confirmed and the money was taken from my bank, but I have not received the shoes yet, I have sent emails, but there is no response.

Where do I start. Massive contrasting points. My order twice took over a month to arrive and both times came only from chasing numerous times on Instagram. The shoes themselves are well priced and unique. I do really like them but the order and company is a shambles from that aspect

Still waiting, not replying
I ordered shoes on the 21st of july and have still not received them, nor is the package in any way moving towards me. I received an email with confirmation and tracking code but that is it. No movement whatsoever. I also contacted them about it and they did not reply. Plus they keep sending me emails with new sales/discounts so they are running the emails, just not replying.

Mijn man heeft 25 juli schoenen besteld.
Schoenen zijn er nog steeds niet. Gemaild. Kregen we een mail terug dat hij zijn geld terug kreeg dit zou 5 werkdagen duren. Maar ook dit is niet gebeurd. Dus en geen schoenen en geld weg?! Niemand reageert op de emails!!

Finally delivered
Delivery took more then a month. Placed my order July 26th. Has been on delivery since August 1. the customer-service is very slow. But in the end helped me out. First order got lost they say.
Shoes are nice but you can get them probably faster for under 15 euros at AliExpress…
