Very disappointing and frustrating when…

Very disappointing and frustrating when only contact is email and yet no responses from company. Placed my order on 12th April and according to there tracking page the shipment is now stuck on "order shipping label issued, waiting for carrier collection since 15th April. I keep checking and tracking there's no change. Sent and email no reply. Could you send my trainers please or atleast reply or even update tracking page so I know when its due for delivery as it has now passed the date. Just when I thought I would order some more, after this experience it's a turn off.

Never got my refund

After my first review I finally got a friendly response.
I have been told that I would get a refund (well I also sent the package back and had a tracking number) but since then I did not receive anything
They told me they would check again and asked me to rewrite my review
Since then I didn’t hear anything back nor got my refund. That’s now almost 4 weeks again
I guess I am being ghosted :D as nobody is responding to my mails anymore
What a service… unbelievable

Bitter sweet pill to swallow

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because its a catch 22 tbh.. I ordered a pair of their casuara trainers last month and they took like 3 weeks maybe a month to come but rest assured they showed up and tbh their actually class for the price and look like designer trainers. So my partner gave me money for my birthdat to order 2 more pairs of different trainers from their website which I did and they said it came up as high risk even tho I ordered exactly the same as I did before and it was fine. None the less I have emailed like 3 times with no reply. Clearly there is a genius who is designing top class trainers and his team aren't pulling their weight behind the scenes when it comes to delivery and customer service. Please send me my other 2 pair as they are genuinely lovely especially for being pretty cheap tbh.

Good service

Good quality sneakers love them have orded in past with no problem ordered this time was issues with delivery but once I contacted sneakeds they were quick to sort it out I now have my sneakers and very happy would recommend thanks warren

Still waiting

I ordered on 5th March and according to tracking it says it has been waiting for carrier collection since the 8th March with no explanation for the delay, I have emailed them as told to do on the website last week and no reply. Really poor service thus far.
Following your response I have emailed again with order number but this was already done on 16th March also.

Refund

Refunds should take around 3-5 business days, as been said by sneakeds.

Currently waiting for 3 weeks now since their last reply. No money yet received on my bank account.

Two days ago we had sent you the following message:
"We have come to the conclusion that something has gone wrong with your refund. There was an error message at our payment provider, as a result of which the refund via KBC/CBC did not go well. We have contacted this party and now they advise us to return the refund via another way. We would be happy to do this for you."

We then immediately retried the refund and you have confirmed receiving the refund today, March 8, 2023. In addition, we made you an offer to refund a part of your return cost as compensation. Therefore, would you be so kind as to respond to our last e-mail?

Again we apologize that it was allowed to go this way, but are glad that the refund has now gone well.

I will never order here again

Update. -Na het plaatsen van deze review en nogmaals mailen, kreeg ik reactie van een andere klantenservice medewerker. Deze heeft alles netjes voor mij opgelost en gisteren (28 februari) heb ik dan ook eindelijk mijn geld terug gekregen. Ik heb nog steeds geen duidelijk antwoord gekregen over wat er is mis gegaan. Maar blij dat ik mijn geld nu terug heb. -

Op 3 januari heb ik sneakers besteld. Toen ik mijn track and trace kreeg zag ik al vrij snel de melding dat de sticker onleesbaar was en het pakket niet geleverd kon worden. Op 9 januari heb ik contact gezocht met de klantenservice waar er in de eerste reactie werd verwezen naar de track and trace. Na nog een keer mailen kreeg ik antwoord dat er inderdaad iets mis ging. Op 19 januari kreeg ik bericht dat de schoenen niet meer leverbaar waren en dat deze na 30 januari opnieuw verzonden konden worden. Ik heb laten weten af te zien van de aankoop. Op 29 januari liet Sneakeds weten dat ze binnen 5 werkdagen het geld terug zouden storten. Het is nu 23 februari en na meerdere keren contact te hebben gezocht heb ik nog steeds mijn geld niet terug.

We have also been in contact by e-mail in recent weeks and a few weeks ago my colleague indicated to you the following: "I just checked and I did see in the system that the refund was attempted, but then an error message occurred. We were not notified of this. Only actually after your email/review today did we find this out."

In the end, not much later, we also tried again (refund) directly and luckily it did go right then. In any case, I'm glad to hear that you received the refund after updating your review. We want to apologize that this has happened and hope you are satisfied with this solution.

I have ordered 2 pairs

I have ordered 2 pairs, only received one at this moment but ive talked to them and they were very good to me and very helpfull so they said to me that the second pair its on the way
The ones that came ,the "casuara"...very good, very confortable, top quality, top design, love it
Im waiting for the second pair but im sure im gonna love it too
So... conclusion, some little problems with delivery, but shoe quality and customer service, speaking from my experience, really awsome
Im not giving 5 stars just because of the issue with the second pair, but they made sure that the pair will still arrive.
And i want to thank especially one of the employes, his name is mike ,awsome dude, very kind to me, as been helping me with the shipment problem all the way, never letting me alone in this problem, so..5 stars to him in particular :D

Unfortunately, we still have not received a response from you. We have therefore sent you another email. Would you be so kind as to respond to it?

Thank you for your message. We have checked and the cause is known. We have kept our promise and have already shipped your order twice. However, we suspect that there is a problem with the address information you provided to us at the time. For example, if you search DHL for the following track & trace code 3SWLT0027684951 you will see that it was returned to us for this reason. It is annoying that this was allowed to happen, but as a customer you are responsible for providing us with the correct address information. Therefore we ask you to send the address details to us again by email to info@sneakeds.com and then we will resend the package.

We try to respond to the emails within a maximum of 3 business days and besides, we have your best interests at heart and have already resent it once and want to try again (see above). We hope you understand that it is not fair to urge people not to buy from us. The cause is known and it involves problems with the address.

We would like to receive an e-mail from you.
