SCAM! Subscription trap. There is NO cancellation button on the website, which is illegal under EU law. I have already reported this fraud to Revolut for a chargeback and canceled my card. REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.

I accidentally (or not?) Chose the yearly plan, and was charged 509$ for a plan I tried using for ten minutes, didn't work and I quit. They will not refund or even cut the charges inspite of asking and explaining my situation (I'm a school teacher I can't afford it!)
I think it's a scam.

ai is terrible at making slides ,once the free subscription ends you are not notified by email or given a heads up that your free trial period is ending ,they straight up charge you ,and then ignore your email,i have raised a dispute with my credit card bank if they do not refund me i am going to consumer court

Just as the Rest of customers here. I can Say Skywork AI is a SCAM, don't use it. Don't even bother to try the fake service, they charge you anyways, they don't refund your money, not even if you're unhappy with the poor AI service. I tried to make a 12 Slide Presentation, and apparently each slide costs More than 1k Credits, so imagine how little your credits last, and how much money you have to put into it.

The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever faced. They are Thiefs.

Beware of Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service

I have repeatedly asked Skywork AI to cancel my subscription and stop auto-renewal, yet they deducted money from my account without my consent. When I checked their subscription section, there was no active plan to cancel, showing their billing system is flawed or misleading.

Despite my multiple emails, they failed to provide a proper resolution or refund. This feels like a fraudulent practice, and their customer support has been unhelpful and dismissive.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before subscribing to their services. I am forced to report this to consumer protection authorities and will continue to share my experience to warn others

In order to cancel a subscription I was told to go to a page under settings, once located I looked for the button to cancel and it did not exist. Once they charged me for the full month, and I went back to the page out of desperation to cancel then it appeared. I did however also email them 4 days before and tell them I want to cancel which they obviously ignored my email. They are another dubious company that tricks people into "free" trials and then charges! Dog Sh&% company!!!

Scam, they tried to charge me even though I cancelled the trial.

I am extremely disappointed with Skywork AI. I was charged a massive subscription fee of $3,671.59 MXN, and despite my immediate efforts to contact their support team, they are completely ignoring my emails.

I only used this platform a couple of times at the very beginning to create a presentation for my classes, and I have absolutely no use for it anymore. The account has been completely inactive.

I demand an immediate response, the cancellation of my subscription, and a full refund of my money. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will proceed to file a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank for misleading practices and lack of customer support.

This is definitely a scam.

Same as others. Do not use. I signed up for a free trail and then got charged nearly £400! No response to customer service. No phone number. The product isn’t great either which is why I cancelled. Do not use

They do not explicitly tell you that you will be charged 203.9$ (!!!) after the trial period ends. They do not send you warnings either. They just charge you. I am normally good at noticing these types of things. Also, there is ZERO customer support channels. No phone number. No whatsapp number. They don't answer on Instagram or LinkedIn. Borderline scammers!!! Stay away!!!

I had an issue with a current limitation in your system when processing large PDF files.

I purchased a monthly subscription for 19.99, which included 10,000 credits. At this moment, I only have 2,265 credits remaining because the application consumed 4,278 credits on a single task that failed repeatedly. The PDF was processed incorrectly three times, and the requested summary was incomplete each time due to a limitation that, as you now acknowledge, exists within the product itself.

I contacted customer service and received no answer

Skywork AI didn't want to refund since I wanted to cancel one day after the free trial. That's a bit harsh since I didn't even use it since the second day of the free trial.

Skywork.ai struggles with even simple tasks, such as improving the visual design of a PowerPoint slide. What’s more frustrating is that it still consumes credits while repeatedly failing to deliver anything at all.

it used to work well specially around creating presentation but not with their point structure, they dont even create presentation, just a simple task consumes all the point with no slide actually getting created.

Cela devient une vrai catastrophe. Le système d'abonnement passe d'illimité au système de crédit sans rien demandé. Skywork vient même de changer l'interface et enlever les agents de bases préformaté image, vidéo documents... du grand n'importe quoi.

It wasted an entire hour of my time and didn’t generate a single useful word. Honestly, this is probably the worst AI PPT application I’ve ever used in my life.
