I was charged $203.90 for a Skywork annual auto-renewal on June 10, 2026. I cancelled the subscription the following day and requested a refund.

Since the charge, I have not generated or downloaded any content, used any paid feature, or consumed any credits. I repeatedly asked Skywork to confirm my account's usage records and provide the specific policy supporting its refusal.

Skywork's response was that the membership had been "activated" and that the benefits were available. They did not address the fact that the account had zero usage and did not provide the requested contractual provision. Meanwhile, I continued receiving promotional emails encouraging me to use the untouched credits.

This review reflects my personal experience. Customers considering a trial or subscription should pay very close attention to the automatic-renewal terms and cancellation date.

J'ai réussi à annuler le renouvellement automatique annuel !! par Paypal. Impossible de me connecter à un compte, quel qu'il soit... et, de toute façon, dont je n'ai pas besoin ! I am a user from SKYWORK AI, but i don´t recommed this AI platform due tu your bad customer services, bad practices abour suscribition payment and there is no clear politics about how to use the credits..... I paid a suscription , but i don´t renew the suscription.... please look for a recognizced AI platforms.

I used the free credits to make a 5 minute instructional video. Those credits ran out. I added $50 USD to complete the project, but many features were locked until I subscribed. Then once I subscribed, to unlock the features and I was able to create the video, but it was more like a slideshow with audio. Not high quality, and lots of issues, some of which I had already fixed (using up tokens). I ran out of tokens trying to fix things that really shouldn't have been an issue, so $50 later and a lot of work, with no decent result. Not worth it.

Most of credits offered didn't work for the reason you'd get Skywork, which is the video. These videos, even simple ones, can fail or have very big issues in terms of how things function in a realistic way and you're charged to fix these issues and failures made by the system. Its subscription cancellation is hidden in small print and hard to locate, which is never a good sign of a reputable and reliable service. I found it very overpriced for what I actually managed to get out of it that was usable. There's nothing you can make with this that will earn you money. Instead it's a tool designed to created social media content slop, and if you use the service, at most you'll get a few days social media content, that isn't very good, at a price that consistently feels uneven due to the use of a credits system. They also don't give refunds and gaining credits back after a system failure seems like a day's work in itself

It's a scam. As other reviews say, there is no way to cancel. Email requests are ignored. The only way it seems possible to stop a subscription is to block payments with your bank. AVOID!

I signed up for a 7-day free trial of Skywork AI. After the trial ended, I was automatically charged USD 509.90 through Alipay for a one-year Skywork Plus subscription.

I did not intend to continue with an annual paid subscription. I contacted Skywork shortly after discovering the charge and requested a full refund. I also cancelled the subscription and did not intentionally use the renewed membership benefits.

Skywork refused my refund request, stating that the membership benefits and service quota became available immediately after the subscription was activated. I was also informed that subscription refund requests should generally be handled according to the relevant payment platform or purchase channel.

I am currently trying to resolve this issue through the relevant payment channel. I hope Skywork will review my case again and provide a fair resolution.

This application is a fraud application. Please be cautious. The customer service has not responded at all.

SCAMM! with 2 Ms for money munchers! They mislead you about giving you a "free" test. You waste your time uploading video and then before it lets you see what their program can do ... enter a credit card for a "trial" period. AVOID THEM!

La verdad es que me parece muy raro lo que está pasando con esta aplicación.
Primero utilicé la prueba gratuita y, cuando necesité más funciones, contraté el servicio de pago. Hasta ahí todo bien.
Pero ahora ya no lo utilizo porque ya no lo necesito. El mes pasado escribí al servicio de atención al cliente porque no encuentro ningún botón ni ninguna opción para cancelar la suscripción. No aparece por ningún lado ni en la app ni en la web. Además, el servicio de atención al cliente ni siquiera me respondió.
Y ahora, este mes, me han vuelto a cobrar otra vez sin mi consentimiento. Da la impresión de que, una vez que te suscribes, te siguen cobrando todos los meses sin darte una forma clara de cancelar la suscripción.

Do NOT try their free trial, if you don’t want to pay 500$ afterwards. I wanted to try this out and unsubscribe before my free trial ends and there were no options to do so. I tried on the app and on the website but there just was no way or it was so well hidden intentional that no one can find it. I contacted them and they gave a guide but it was useless and then my bank got charged 500$. Only after it happened it was possible to unsubscribe but it’s too late. I was forced to pay for a year subscription. It’s insane and I am currently requesting a refund. I hope the support will react!

Me registré pensando que era un servicio mensual y me cobraron el año completo por adelantado, sin ninguna advertencia clara ni consentimiento explícito en la pantalla de pago.Lo peor de todo es su servicio al cliente: es una burla. Llevo días mandando correos y lo único que recibo son respuestas idénticas de bots con plantillas automatizadas. Se niegan a hacer el reembolso con la excusa de que "los beneficios ya están activos", evadiendo por completo cualquier atención humana.Ya apagué mi tarjeta y estoy en proceso de levantar un contracargo con mi banco (HSBC) por fraude y malas prácticas comerciales. I am very experienced with "free trials" and know how to manage them, but skywork takes deception to a whole new level. I signed up using Google Pay, only to find absolutely NO subscription record in my Google account to manage or cancel.
They use illegal dark patterns to maliciously hide the cancellation button. I spent at least 30 minutes frantically searching their site for a way to cancel and found nothing. The exact second I received the massive $500+ charge notification, I contacted their customer support. All I received were cold, automated AI-generated template emails refusing to issue a refund. It is absolutely disgusting.
I am filing a strong complaint against this fraudulent company. I have already called my credit card bank to initiate a Chargeback to recover my stolen money, and I hope I get it back soon. I genuinely curse these unethical scammers and their completely predatory business practices. Go to hell!

Like other reviews, there was no way to cancel. I am very experienced with 'free trials' and am used to jumping through hoops to cancel them but I genuinely dont think it is possible to cancel this trial.

My subscription said it was due to end and the only button was to 'upgrade'. I also sent messages and emails confirming that I did not want to continue my subscription. No reply.

Luckily, I'm with Revolut so was able to block the charge.

Overprised and hidden costs they took a whole year cost from me and have been struggling to get a refund and now they have ghosted me. dont recommend this platform at all.

I tried to buy credits, I first bought $110.00 and no credits were applied to my account. Then I tried $34.99 and still I couldn’t get my credits after the payment had been processed. I cannot get any response from this company.
