Dank voor je reactie.
Ik begrijp dat jullie aangeven geen directe toegang te hebben tot het betalingssysteem van DaoPay, maar het feit blijft dat deze betaalmethode via jullie website wordt aangeboden. Dat betekent dat ik als klant de betaling via jullie platform uitvoer. Het kan dan niet zo zijn dat de verantwoordelijkheid volledig wordt doorgeschoven naar DaoPay.
Ik heb inmiddels meerdere keren contact gehad met DaoPay. Zij geven aan dat er bekende verificatieproblemen zijn, maar dat deze nog steeds niet zijn opgelost. Dit probleem speelt al sinds vorig jaar. Bovendien werkt hetzelfde systeem bij andere aanbieders zoals Dundle en Gamecardsdirect wél correct: na betaling volgt de telefonische verificatie, je bevestigt met “1” en de betaling wordt succesvol afgerond.
Bij jullie springt de betaling echter direct op “niet succesvol”, terwijl DaoPay beweert dat de verificatieoproep niet is beantwoord – wat simpelweg niet klopt. Ik neem de oproep aan en bevestig zoals gevraagd.
Ik vind het dan ook niet redelijk dat ik als klant telkens wordt doorverwezen. Als deze betaalmethode via jullie website wordt aangeboden, mag ik verwachten dat deze correct functioneert. Jullie kunnen dit zelf testen door een bestelling te plaatsen via DaoPay; dan zullen jullie zien waar het misgaat.
Ik hoop dat jullie dit intern serieus oppakken en zelf contact opnemen met DaoPay om dit structurele probleem op te lossen, in plaats van de verantwoordelijkheid bij de klant neer te leggen.
Ik hoor graag wat jullie concreet gaan doen om dit probleem op te lossen.

Dit is de tweede keer dat je ons schrijft. Hoewel ik je situatie begrijp, heb je niet gereageerd op ons verzoek om meer informatie over je bestelling. Je weigering om deze informatie te verstrekken vertraagt alleen maar de oplossing.
Het lijkt er echter op dat het door jou beschreven probleem verband houdt met het betalingssysteem DaoPay, dat onafhankelijk van ons platform opereert. Wij hebben geen toegang tot hun transactieverwerking, dus je kunt het beste rechtstreeks contact opnemen met de klantenservice van DaoPay voor hulp bij betalingsbevestigingen of terugbetalingen.
Anders verzoek ik je vriendelijk om contact met ons op te nemen via onze ondersteuningspagina, zodat we het probleem snel kunnen oplossen.

Na stronie ekino-tv.pl była płatność przez tą właśnie stronę. Zakupiłem voucher na 25 E a w portfelu gdzie miałem wkleić nr vouchera jest 22 nie mogę odzyskać pieniędzy nie mam konta premium na ekino nikt nie odpisuje na e-maile uważajcie na te strony. Ja jestem niestety prawie 120 zł stratny. Wszędzie tylko próbują biednego człowieka oszukać jak tylko się da. Jeszcze podałem wrażliwe informacje takie jak dowód osobisty z dwóch stron i swoje zdjęcie. Może nikt na mnie kredytu nie weźmie. Jeśli nic się nie zmieni sprawę zgłaszam w następnym tygodniu do odpowiednich organów ścigania .

Informujemy, że nie jesteśmy w żaden sposób powiązani z platformą ekino i nie mamy dostępu do ich systemów ani możliwości zarządzania kontami Premium. Wszelkie kwestie dotyczące subskrypcji lub usług ekino muszą być wyjaśniane bezpośrednio z ich zespołem wsparcia.
Z naszych systemów wynika, że środki, o których mowa, zostały wykorzystane do zakupu vouchera lub kodu cyfrowego. Zamówienie zostało zrealizowane poprawnie, co oznacza, że kod został wygenerowany i wysłany na adres e-mail podany podczas zakupu.
Nie współpracujemy z platformą ekino i nie mamy wpływu na ich usługi. Jeżeli w zamian za zakup vouchera obiecywana była subskrypcja Premium lub inna usługa zewnętrzna, było to działanie osoby trzeciej. W takiej sytuacji mamy do czynienia z oszustwem po stronie zewnętrznej, na które niestety nie mamy wpływu.
Zachęcamy do kontaktu z naszym działem wsparcia w celu przekazania dodatkowych informacji na temat miejsca, w którym natrafiono na tę ofertę. Takie zgłoszenia pomagają nam lepiej monitorować i analizować podobne przypadki.

I purchased a Rewarble voucher of $50, approximately $60 through the Skine platform three days ago, but I have yet to receive a confirmation email or the digital code. I have attempted to contact their customer support team multiple times via email, but I have received zero response. At this point, the lack of communication and the missing product are making this feel like a scam. I expect an immediate update on my order status."

I've tried to buy a giftcard and after I paid a popup message showed up on the platform metioning I'll receive an email with the confirmation and the code for the gift card.
I've never received that email and then I've contacted the customer support many times but they never replied.

Pure oplichters, heb al 4 keer een mail via het contactformulier verzonden. Op 3 krijg ik reactie en dan plots valt alle communicatie stil!!! Telefoon nummer op hun website klopt niet en is een bezettoon. Zulke instanties zouden ze moeten verbieden om te kunnen verkopen.
Geen idee hoe het nu verder moet?
