Ik wil mensen waarschuwen voordat ze bestellen bij Skine via Daopay.
Een maand geleden heb ik een bestelling geplaatst en betaald via Daopay. Het geld is afgeschreven maar ik heb nooit een bestelling ontvangen. Toen ik contact opnam met Daopay zeiden ze dat ik de telefoonverificatie niet had gedaan, terwijl ik die wel heb uitgevoerd.
Daarna moest ik mezelf handmatig verifiëren. Ik heb mijn rijbewijs en telefoonrekening gestuurd zoals gevraagd, maar daarna kreeg ik helemaal geen reactie meer, ondanks dat ik meer dan 30 e-mails heb gestuurd.
Skine reageert wel, maar zij sturen je alleen steeds terug naar Daopay. Je wordt dus van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en het probleem wordt niet opgelost.
Ik heb daarna opnieuw geprobeerd te bestellen met het nummer van mijn vriendin. Toen reageerde Daopay ineens dat ze weten dat sommige Skine-gebruikers problemen hebben met de telefoonverificatie en dat ze aan een oplossing werken. Volgens reviews op Trustpilot speelt dit probleem al maanden.
Daarom wil ik mensen waarschuwen: denk goed na voordat je hier bestelt.
Als je dit soort betalingen wilt doen kun je beter bestellen bij Gamecardsdirect of Dundle. Daar werkt hetzelfde betaalsysteem wel en daar wordt je tenminste serieus geholpen door de support.

Gevraagd hoe ik het shirt kon retourneren.
Antwoord was dat het shirt zo ontworpen was.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. This is the first time I’ve ever used it. They block your purchase and don’t respond for a week and only when you threaten to take action. They then tell you you’ve made lots of accounts and need to provide ID, photo’s phone bills. Appears very dodgy. I’m still trying to get my order. Avoid at all costs it’s not worth it.
