Avoid , i bought a pair of shoes and they sent a small size.I returned it but Simmi refused to refund my money or exchange the shoes for a fitting pair. Worst Customer service ever. It was my first and last purchase from Simmi,terrible customer service. Buy at your own risk especially on line.

I ordered twice and my order never arrived. They are liars and will not refund my money, it is £70! They are irresponsible and a shame on your company! For these people even 1 star is too much! Shame on you!

MAI PIU'

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe che dovevano arrivare dopo massimo 5 giorni , ma sono arrivate dopo 2 settimane circa. Avevo specificato di lasciare le scarpe in un punto specifico qualora non ci fosse stato nessuno a casa ma questo non è avvenuto e quindi il corriere le ha lasciate alle poste. Vado alle poste per ritirare il pacco e scopro di dover pagare un extra per le tasse doganali e postali. Alla fine decido di fare il reso dato che le scarpe non mi servivano più, a causa del notevole ritardo nella consegna, ma non posso farlo perchè dovrei pagare da sola un corriere in quanto loro non coprono le spese per il reso internazionale. MAI PIU'.

We would like to inform you that due to Brexit, all EU countries will now have to a customs fee which is set by your local customs office, unfortunately, we are unable to tell you how much this will be. For more information, you will need to contact them directly.

It is mentioned on our website about customs charges, Please be aware of your local customs and taxes charges due to the United Kingdom Leaving the European Union as of 31st Dec 2020 and at the checkout.

This would be the local courier, further details/customs fees would be required in order for them to clear the customs entry and for the parcel to be on its way to delivery.

Please follow the instructions they emailed you in order to receive your package. Please note that the customs fees and thresholds are set by your local authorities for international imports, we wouldn't be able to advise regarding this. We can only recommend for you contact the local customs office as they will be able to provide more information regarding this.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! Sham of a company made a order on the 5th of May was meant to come next day which it never . I wrote an email on the 9th for someone to tell me that someone would contact me they never on the 14th I contact them for them to tell me it's been delivered. They've left my parcel outside for anyone to see its been stolen. I've reported to the police and got crime reference and there still refusing to resolve my issue I would avoid at all costs!!

very poor quality shoes

very poor quality shoes. materials have left my feet cut up, even the trainers caused under foot blisters and inability to walk in them. Would not buy from here again.

I ordered two pairs of heels from Simmi, both pairs cut my feet up to the point they are now scarred - due to poor quality materials and poor manufacturing. Customer service had no response other than it's not our responsibility that the shoes damaged your feet - terrible quality and even worse customer service. I have purchased many shoes over the years but will never do so again.

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF SHOES AND…

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF SHOES AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wore gold heels to a dinner which I went to via a car, sat for 3 hours and came back via a car. These heels are my usual height of 4-5inch, gold in colour and have diamonte strip around all the straps - so they are pretty glam heels which you can only wear to an occasion.
After one wear, the diamonte strip was hanging off over my toes.

I contacted customer service within one week of purchasing the shoes, via email to request a refund. I did not receive a response and followed this up again via email, to which I received a response advising they'd like to see a pic, I sent a pic the same day. THEY DID NOT STATE that they cannot process a refund AT THIS POINT. I sent a pic and awaited a response. 1.5 weeks later, I received no response therefore I followed this up. I received a reply the same day advising they will not process a refund because it has been over 14 days!

1- I have an email delivery receipt of contacting customer service requesting a refund, sent within 1 week of wearing the heels ONCE.
2 - They stated that any faults after 14 days of purchase are not refunded - I REPEAT - any fault after 14 days or purchase is not refunded. I have never heard of something so absurd! This is not wear and tear after months or wearing. This is a fault in the heels within the first week of purchasing and within the first wear. This alleged policy basically means they only guarantee their shoes for a period of 2 weeks and anything after this if your shoes are faulty they do not care. Considering these are not daily shoes they sell, but actual occasion wear heels that you would barely get 1 wear within a 2 week period to even notice a fault.
3. IF they allege that I only contacted them outside of the 14 days period (which is not true) however if it was, then why did customer service continue to ask me for a picture, review the picture, not respond to me, then finally reply to say it's been over 14 days? Surely, if it has been over 14 days from the first contact I made to them, then they should have stated that THEN, and not asked me for pictures. This has now been going on for almost 2 months, to then be told I cannot receive a refund.

The quality of heels now at SImmi London is ridiculous an their customer service is appalling not to mention this alleged policy of not returning FAULTY heels if its been over 14 days. A pair of snake skin gold diamonte heels will not get everyday wear for 14 days for one to know they are faulty! One would only know the heels are faulty once they wear them to an occasion which could be days after the purchase, or a week or so after a purchase. These aren't trainers these are occasion wear heels!

APPALLING. I will continue to leave reviews on all platforms to bring their score down and make others aware to NOT BUY FROM HERE. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere ladies.

Nice products, great service

I buy from SIMMI from time to time, because they have beatiful products, in the latest fashion and reasonable prices.
Recently I placed an order, and unfortunately the wrong item was sent. Their support team was really helpful with the return procedure, so I could get the refund, get the right item and they respected the price I paid in the first place (because I bought it with a promotional discount).
It's great when there's people at the other side and not bots.

Unbelievably unprofessional

Bought 13 shoes from them. Only 10 arrived. This company claimed they packed it all and stopped answering my emails. Just like that. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. 3 whole shoes gone with no communication

Worst shoes ever…

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from your store for next-day delivery as I had a party to attend. While I appreciate the timely delivery, I must say these are the worst and most poorly fitted shoes I’ve ever owned.

The back of the shoes didn’t fit properly, but I thought I could manage. Unfortunately, even the short distance from my home to the car caused unbearable pain that spread from my toes to the rest of my feet. By the time we arrived at the party, I could hardly walk, let alone dance. The walk back to the car felt agonizing, and my husband had to unbuckle both shoes so I could at least make it to the car.

I truly wish to return these shoes. Even if I don't get a refund, I would prefer not to keep them. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The shoe is
