Great shoes and customer service
Great shoes and customer service. Good quality, reasonably priced and comfy shoes. Had to return one part of my order as they were too big, I got a notification super quickly saying they had received the return and the refund was processed immediately. Seems like companies take forever these days so I was super impressed and will definitely order again!

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company, I bought a pair of boots and it was meant to be delivered in cork, they delivered to the wrong ever since I’ve been contacting them trying to get a refund. They are asking to file a police report in Ireland when I live here in England, this company is a scam. They are liars, they wrote here it’s been delivered and I moved to the uk but that is not true, I bought this as a present for someone who still lives there and she did not receive the package. They are liars. The worst part is I’m blind and I keep telling them they send me emails and it’s not possible for me to respond properly and when they kept sending me nonsense I wrote back saying I’m F…… blind, and they then said I’m using inappropriate language. WHO DOES THAT TO A BLIND PERSON

We have re-confirmed with the courier that your order, which was shipped to an EU address, was delivered after the customs fee was paid. It is important to note that EU couriers require customs fees to be settled before delivering any orders. Our records indicate that the customs fee was paid on December 30, 2024, at 1:43 PM, after which the courier processed the delivery to your specified address in Cork, Ireland on the 3rd of January. The delivery date is provided only after the customs fee has been settled.
Additionally, we thoroughly reviewed the agent's inquiry regarding what the courier needed for their investigation. As you are a customer in the EU, there are specific procedures that must be followed by customer service, and a refund cannot be processed without completing the necessary investigation. Although you did not agree with the agent's approach, they proceeded with the investigation and provided you with courier proof via email confirming that the parcel was delivered to the correct address.
Furthermore, we understand that you ordered these items for a friend in the EU while residing in England. However, we require information from the original sender of the parcel. Upon reviewing the emails, we also noted instances of inappropriate language, which is not acceptable on any platform. We maintain detailed records of all communications. If you or your friend have not received the parcel, our agent has provided all necessary details for you to confirm and follow up. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose who paid the customs fee for this order due to confidentiality reasons. We appreciate your understanding that every company has its own investigation procedures to adhere to.

Cost cutting at the expense of safety
So I have used Simmi London shoes for a very long time. I am extremely disappointed in the standard of heel i purchased on this occasion. I ordered a beautiful red sling back heel for the Christmas outing.
With in the first hour of wear the right heel snapped off!!
I was in the middle of Manchester! I had to continue the night with a broke shoe and an unbroken shoe.
Within the next hour the left heel gave way and I then had to spend the rest of the night walking on my tiptoes like a ballerina so I didn’t ruin what was left of the shoe.
I am completely outraged. Never in my life have I had a pair of heels break, but in one night both broke!
When I looked at the way the heel had been put together they used a metal tube sat in what looks like a resin. The metal tube was not fastened to anything so the heel was not securely fastened to the rest of the shoe! It was just a tube sat in resin. Extremely lucky I didn’t hurt myself!

Wow the shoes are gorgeous
Wow the shoes are gorgeous, luxurious , exactly as seen in the pictures. As a size 8 I always struggle to find the right fit, am super excited they are true to size with alot of wiggle room if you are a wide fit.
I paid for next day delivery and when I didn’t get a despatch email I contacted customer support and Lexi got back to me within an hour. She immediately apologised, arranged despatch and also gave me a refund on the delivery price.
Thank you so much Lexi, the shoes arrived on time, DPD were outside my door at the crack of dawn. Tonight I’m definitely going to be killing it at my engagement party.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever!
I ordered two pairs of shoes and paid £9.99 for Saturday delivery. However they arrived on Monday which was way after I needed them so I returned the items where they took another £3.95 off of the refund. I emailed them asking for a refund of the initial shipping fee as it didn't come for Saturday when I paid extra. They replied stating that Saturday delivery wasn't available after a specific time but if that is the case it shouldn't be an option and it doesn't say that at the checkout. Nobody is going to explore their whole page to check every detail before an order, it should be easily stated at the checkout like every other company. I emailed them again and they have decided to ignore my emails. Do not buy.

Always delivered on time or early!
I had to return a pair of heels (too big) and the process was super quick and simple through the post office. Emailed customer service about the refund once the shoes had arrived back to them, they responded the next day. Happy with all the shoes I’ve received so far (about 15 pairs). Never had an issue :)
