Highly recommend

Highly recommend - I had bought a pair of shoes that were unworn and due to being on holiday I missed the cut off period to return. I contacted customer services and they provided me with a full refund in light of the circumstances. This is the kind of customer service we need from online brands and I would happily shop here again.

Why is it so difficult to get a…

Why is it so difficult to get a response to an email for a refund. This company needs to either employ more customer service staff or look at the reasons as to why emails are not being responded to within the timeframe they stipulate you would receive a response.

Avoid at all costs

Spent £250 on a few pairs of shoes, only to receive the items two days later rather than next day. I immediately returned all the items back because there’s no need for any of them. They’ve now decided to give a partial refund and only refunded 3 shoes out instead of the total order. Avoid.

Next day delivery?

Not received product as of yet due to the item not being delivered. Ordered next day delivery two days ago and the courier has still not received the parcel…this website does not have a phone number so the only way to contact them is via email and I am not able to get a response. Responses look fairly quick on here so will delete this review once I have a response and my order has been cancelled so I can order else where.

the worse online business

Probably the worse online business I've had to endure, firstly my order was next day delivery came within two days, and item missing off the order, then the website which ive had an account on for a while does not let me sign in like I haven't got an account but I've had an order sent? so I can't sent back the shoes i don't like? Just so odd, so much effort, so complicated and hard to work out!! it shouldn't be this hard!!!
customer support very lax.

I admit for three items got two( the wear house said it all sent so it must mean it's true) and i have to pay for returns? absolutely disgusting behaviour, stay clear from this vile unprofessional company.

This is the worst customer service…

This is the worst customer service experience ive ever had. It has now been almost a month since I placed my order, and not only have I not received my parcel, but I am also being made to wait indefinitely for a refund due to mistakes entirely outside of my control.

The courier Simmi London themselves chose to use (Evri) lost my parcel. Despite this, Simmi London are refusing to issue a refund until the item is “returned” to them — something which clearly cannot happen because it was their courier who lost it. This policy makes absolutely no sense and unfairly penalises the customer for a situation caused by their own service provider.

To make matters worse, the level of communication has been appalling. It takes over a week to receive a single response, and when a reply does arrive, it is a generic, copy-and-paste message that completely ignores the details and concerns raised. There is no attempt to resolve the issue or even acknowledge what has been explained in previous emails.

I have been left without my order and without my money, despite doing everything correctly as a customer. The lack of accountability, care, and professionalism is astonishing. I should not be left out of pocket and waiting weeks for a resolution when the fault lies entirely with Simmi London’s courier.

I have now wasted an entire month trying to get a straightforward refund for an order I never received. Instead of resolving the matter efficiently, Simmi London have left me without my item, without my money, and with no accountability from their side.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed by this experience. It has been unprofessional, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. I will never be ordering from Simmi London again and strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

Love their boots!!

Switched over from Dr Martens to the Arvin Chelsea Boots these are so comfortable, i wore them daily even walking for hours and these are so comfortable compared to docs! Only reason for the star down is because the back of the heel (inside the boot) has worn and split meaning they now rub and dig into my heel which i was super gutted about after 7/8 months of wear😭 I now have 3 pairs of simmi boots because of how comfortable they are🙈

Shoes complete wrong size

Shoes complete wrong size! Don’t order from here as you have to pay delivery and then returns so may as well just keep the item. They do not accept fault either or waiver this even though their badly sized products are the reason! Stupidity.

Boots were faulty

Boots were faulty. Customer Services not great. Takes an age to reply, doesnt read emails properly, ignores evidence sent 3 times. I wont shop with them again

I am just processing my refund now

I am just processing my refund now. Do not fall for this. The most uncomfortable shoes in this world. I put them on for 5 min and they left me blisters because the quality was from plastic at the top of the shoes. Ordering never again.

I purchased a pair of slippers for £5, couldn’t even put on as the size was completely wrong. The return is £3.49 and you can’t even leave a review to warn other customers. This is outragous!

Ordered a pair of shoes from Simmi…

Ordered a pair of shoes from Simmi London. Wore them around my house because they were so uncomfortable and I was trying to break them in. As soon as I put them on a gem fell off. Emailed customer service and all they offered me was a 20% refund as “a gesture of good will” despite the fact that they were broken and not fit for purpose. Went back and forth with customer service refused to put me in touch with a manager. Said they were unable to take them back as there had been wear to the soles (again I had received them the day before they’d only been worn around my kitchen) however I had no intention of going to the trouble of sending them back as I should have been entitled to a full refund and they should have gone in the place they belong, the bin. Never ordering from here again and I would advise you to do the same.

Retraso del envío, mala experiencia financiera.

Retraso gigantesco del envío, un problema solicitar el reembolso, terrible servicio al cliente, los compré, nunca me avisaron que no habían encontrado la dirección correctamente, tuve que ser yo la que les mandase un email, además del tiempo que les está tomando reembolsarme, los compré hace un mes y medio, y aún no tengo el pedido, ni el reembolso.

Absolutely worst experience ever

Absolutely worst experience ever. Ordered a pair of shoes that was manufactured incorrectly. Reached out to customer service about it and they said they would only refund of I paid for shipping. Pointed out that I already pair for shipping when I bought the product so why would I have to pay again when the issue lies in their manufacturing. They continued to be unhelpful and eventually they just stopped responding all together. So now I am stuck with shoes that I literally can’t wear, or I have to pay double this shipping for no product. Absolutely ridiculous. Cannot stress enough to never buy from their site. Worst customer service ever.

Hold jer væk fra dem! Deres kundeservice er elendig!! Jeg bestilte en pakke i maj jeg fik den aldrig fordi den er blevet væk! De svarer sjældent og får mig til, at gå frem og tilbage imellem dem og postnord. Jeg skal have en refundering og nu vil de ikke længere svarer mig på mine mails Jeg har skrevet utallige.
