Ordered shoes from Simmi for a holiday and I wanted to return 2 of them. The system ALLOWED me to make a return label and I sent the products off accordingly. A month went by, I inquired re the refund only to find out, they have a 14 day policy and now need to pay to get the items back. Had I not inquired, they would never have emailed to let me know that the return was not accepted. They also issue a statement saying "they do not have the system to refund over-date orders" which is probably an exaggeration given every system can be overridden.

It's businesses like this that are highly likely the ones that say that big companies like Amazon and Shein are taking over or copy their designs, but do not provide any form of customer service or a discretionary returns policy to help customers.

Despite liking their designs, I won't be using this company.

sent the wrong product, have to pay for shipping for return despite it being their fault, can’t even buy the item i wanted as it is now out of stock and so cant receive what i ordered in the first place. huge waste of time, don’t buy from here; trust me you will be hugely disappointed.

They are making it impossible for me, seriously DO NOT buy in here if you are not in London, the shipping for the rest of the world is a scam basically.

Wish I had read the reviews poor service and returns policy, make read the reviews and policy before ordering. And I ha be been peppered with marketing emails.

First time shopping with this site , bought two shoes one of which is faulty
I sent one back and tried to return the next one which they advise I am out of the 14 days , which I was not and that they only print one label for your order. Did not offer any advice upon asking how this works if you buy more than one item- No answer. No resolution no asking why I was returning and how they can resolve and make the customer happy. This company is about money not customer satisfaction from my experience. I will be returning faulty items and retrieving money elsewhere if I do it get a refund customers have rights to return faulty or not good quality items back even if it is out of the 14 days. The quality of goods is not what I expected. Advisor should know legislation and consumer rights.
I will NOT shop or spend my money with a company that does not value their customers who are spending their money ! And can't offer exceptional customer service leaving the CUSTOMER happy! Waste of time and money! I will be sending the items back today

My first time ordering from here. I ordered two gold sandals. Delivery was super quick and I was kept updated. I am very happy with the sandals. They are gorgeous and will look great with my eid outfit.

Bought some silver sandals. Wore them NYE for the first time and both shoes broke. Simmi say the shoes were delivered unbroken so won't replace.
Don't shop here! Customer service is appalling.

Don’t buy form them, they will screw you.

God I wish I read the reviews on here before ordering. I ordered a pair of shoes for my holiday on Sunday, paying next day delivery for them. It's now Wednesday and still no shoes. I have emailed them and waiting for response. However when I went to message them in Instagram, it turns out the exact same thing happened a few years ago and I had contacted them then and never did receive the shoes. Clearly I had forgot but sadly I won't be making the same mistake for. 3rd time.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered shoes they said it would arrive by Feb 24 which I needed them for Feb 25 so I sucked it up and paid the $40 for the FedEx delivery the shoe was only $57 so as u can see I paid almost as much for the shipping as I did for the shoes.
My order was completed 12:30 AM Feb 17 they did not create my shipping slip until the evening of Feb 21. Instead of the shoes coming to my country it was sent to another country causing delays. So the shoes will not be delivered until after the date I needed them and nobody verified with me if this was acceptable or if I still wanted the shoes, they just sent them out. Now I contacted them and I told them according to the rules in my country you have to honour the date or get my consent to the later date. Now they’re cancelling the shoes in transit and having them returned and they expect me to wait for 30 days to get my money refunded for shoes I never received. They don’t care about the inconvenience to me and it’s now too late to get shoes from another company that actually honours their delivery date. This company is obviously run by some shady immoral and dishonest characters and I don’t advise anyone to buy from them. This is my first buying experience with this command and certainly my last, never again.

If I could have given no stars I would. I've ordered a shoe when it came the heel was lifting off some of the diamantes are missing & the shoe look liked it had been worn. When I contacted them they asked for pictures which I've sent then they accused me of wearing the shoes. I'm now gonna have to super glue the shoe in order to wear them I don't have a problem doing that but it was just the principles about it. There Customer Service is rude. This is not my first time ordering from simmis but it will be my last.

Stolen my money and are still ignoring emails.

I’ve honestly never felt so undervalued as a consumer. This company are ones that focus on the money and not the customer.

Very disappointed seeing as they have lovely items but generally poor quality and poor customer service agents.

Returned my shoes to them as the quality was foul and they ran way too small. Still no update on this despite me returning a PLT item via the same courier and PLT have resolved this issue within 3 days.

Will never shop here again. Ever.

My first order, a little apprehensive as to the sizing as so many size 9/42 heels come up a bit small. However these gorgeous heels were a fabulous fit, they look and feel great on, very comfortable and easy to walk in because the heel strap is adjustable.
These are a standard size not wide fit, which I would usually go for, but they fit perfectly.
As a guy who loves wearing heels it’s wonderful to find another brand to purchase from!
Also the service was fast, from order to delivery was less than 48 hour.

I ordered from them several times and i was completely satisfied!!! The reason for the 3 stars is that they stopped shipping to Cyprus even though they still saying in there site that they ship worldwide!! Please start shipping to Cyprus again even with greater shipping costs!!!

My order was shipped quickly. 100% service all the way. I got emails to let me know where they were at with my order. Order received, preparing my order, order shipped, order on its way, order arrived.
When my shoes arrived they were well packaged and perfect in every way. Mustn't forget, they are a fabulous pair of heels. I'm very happy with my Simmi shoe shopping experience. I'll be buying from them again.

couldnt even get my fingers through the lace where your ankle is meant to be, even if i could the boots wouldnt stay up. Delivery was a day late as they didnt give the driver my contact number then you have to pay for returns plus print out your own label to do so and they make it difficult to find where to do this as no link is given on the order form. waste of time and a tenner just to try them on
