I was extremely happy with the support Alexia gave to me, I was genuinely surprised with the quick response times as usual communication via emails can take place over a couple of days, however, Alexia responded to every query I had within minutes which was mind blowing for me. I also loved that I didn’t need to over-explain or break down any issues to them, Alexia just understood each issue/query I had & immediately resolved it for me. Seriously, this was one of the best customer-service interactions I’ve ever had & I say that with nearly a decade of customer service experience myself. Alexia deserves all the praise I can give and more, thank you again!

This is not the first time that I had my DSA equipment provided by Sight and Sound Technology. In the past I was provided twice by them, therefore, I am used to them and lucky to have them again. My query has been always handled by a nice and friendly member of staff.

Currently there is a limit to how much the (ZoomText) text can be improved within browsers. Tristram persevered and did absolutely everything he could do to help me.
Although nothing more can be done right now, Tristram said to touch base in the autumn for any updates.

Alan helped me to understand how to use Glean to record my lessons, add notes and headers, important notes etc... He showed me how to use collections and so forth, how to navigate around the options etc. He was patient and informative and I hope I can successfully use Glean at my next university lecture.
