Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service
Lukasz and Siobhan provided excellent customer service when I visited the storage unit last week. Without their help, the whole day was going to get ruined and loads of people were going to be left disappointed.
Thank you to both of them.
The customer service they provide should be standard, unfortunately, however, nowadays it seems to be the exception.

Great customer service

Customer service at Shurgard Chingford has been exceptional from the moment of first walking through the door to purchase our storage to the closure of our account.

Our unit was broken into

Our unit was broken into - items stolen! Very suspicious circumstances though not relevant to staff more like security, or lack of!!! Shureguard had CCTV, reported to Police - but Police not interested! Shureguard take NO responsibility whatsoever!

Customer service even better than the £1 for the 1st month deal!

I chose Shurgard because of the great locations and also the famous first month for £1 deal. However having just rented the unit with zero fuss, zero aggravation and a extremely professional, friendly, helpful and generally fantastic sales executive (Siobhan in Chingford is a true diamond!) it has to be the customer service that I’m most impressed by. It’s almost 50% of the Big Yellow competitor, and having had a terrible experience because of poor staff communication previously I was amazed at how smooth the process was at Shurgard Chingford.

100% recommend.
