I had a first class experience with this company, their products are great quality, and the entire experience was so good. I would not hesitate in purchasing from them in the future, as I know how reliable they are, I think communication is the key, and they were exceptional.

We ordered Tommy Frank's TV stand,
We've had it a week but actually haven't got it out yet due to dates being put back regarding other commitments.
Tomorrow we will put it together, can't wait to see it.
Shropshire Design is a professional, I had a few enquiries before purchasing & after I'd ordered and arranged a date I had to ammend it.

Jacob was so helpful and totally understood.
So don't hesitate.

We ordered a large heavy console table from Shropshire Designs. I had seen this on several sites at varying prices and SD were the most competitive. The service was efficient from the start. The order was confirmed, delivery arranged and item received promptly and placed in the room of our choice. We wouldn’t hesitate use SD again in the future.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered a coffee table for the Christmas holidays but then needed it slightly earlier. Jacob couldn’t have been more helpful ensuring it arrived on time. Great communication, value for money and will definitely use again.

We were searching for lights long time before we find SD online and enjoy not only a large product selection but an amazing service level!

The communication was constant helping to monitor our order in every step. Even after the delivery the after sales support for spare parts was impeccable!

Truly an outstanding example of customer service!!

Good communication and speedy delivery very pleased with item ordered.

Found SD by accident as they has a superb piece I bought. For a rural outfit they are intriguing-they seem to be able to source some really special items that well-known London outlets miss. If you are seeking something special highly recommend them.

I am a new customer to this company. I ordered some Pols Potten jars and they arrived very well packaged. Customer service provided very helpful, polite and prompt responses which is rare indeed these days. Would recommend to anyone.

The artwork & customer service was excellent. I would definitely use them again when buying any future luxury accessories & artwork .

As a new customer to SD I was delighted with the service I received from this company. The communication was excellent. One of the products was temporarily out of stock but I was kept well informed of progress and when I could expect delivery. This communication makes such a difference to a customer. I have no hesitation recommending SD and will continue to enjoy browsing the beautiful furniture on their website.

Great product delivered on time with care. I had a query about returns and the gentleman was very helpful indeed. Would not hesitate in purchasing again .

Very impressed. My item, a vase, was very well packaged and dispatched straight away and delivery was free. I could not fault Shropshire Design.
