SD Arvostelua

I never really write reviews but I cannot recommend this company enough, I placed an order for some Liang & Eimil bedside tables and I could not be more pleased with what I received, they look amazing! The rest of their range is full of beautiful, clearly hand-picked items so I will definitely be a returning customer.

The service was friendly and responsive both on emails and over the phone. The delivery driver, Des contacted me the day before delivery with a 2-hour time slot which is very rare these days. I also received them a little quicker than originally expected which was a nice surprise.

Overall a brilliant company to deal with, I will definitely be back.

Lovely quality design items that make you want to use them all.

I am so pleased with my recent purchases from SD, the choice and high quality items means I am a happy return customer! I had been searching for ages for items that were a bit different and of good quality and I am thrilled with my purchases. The delivery was timely and the customer service has been absolutely amazing! Nothing has been too much trouble and responses fast and friendly. I have bought several items and wouldn’t hesitate to thoroughly recommend this fabulous company.

Very happy with the beautiful picture I ordered.
I found SD to be easy to communicate with and very helpful. Delivery went smoothly and I would order from them in the future.

I received the most stunning marble side table but not only would I rate the furniture five stars, the customer experience I received was faultless too. I received a quick response to my delivery query and the delivery driver was great with communication also.

We at ivory interiors had the chance to work with shrops design on multiple projects and the experience was excellent. We will continue to work with them.

It’s me yet again. I’ve just got to say, I’m honestly not being paid for reviewing this company, but I’m writing another just to say I just received a surprise in the post from the company.
They sent me a lovey smelling diffuser for being a good return customer.
Now tell me another company that does that.

Avoid this company

I purchased two matching RV Astley oval lampshades from this company, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. The seams on each lampshade are in completely different positions, which looks like a clear manufacturing error. When the lamps are turned on, the seams are visible, and due to the oval shape, they can’t be adjusted or hidden.

Despite this, the company has refused to offer a refund, instead accusing me of squishing the lampshades! They are claiming the lampshades are actually circular and I squished them to be oval! Absolutely ridiculous! How would that even be possible!

I even sent photos showing that this was not the case that lampshades are in perfect condition and have not been touched and offered to send a video to prove it, but they still refused to take responsibility.

Their poor customer service and refusal to address obvious defects mean I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Think twice before purchasing anything from here!

UPDATE: regarding the issue I previously raised about the incorrect shades being sent and the manufacturing flaw.

After numerous emails back and forth, I am pleased to confirm that the situation has been fully resolved. The correct steps were taken, and I have received a refund for the faulty items.

The website is first class, full of exciting goodies.
Ordering was straightforward and the follow up was excellent. Delivery was excellent and my table arrived fully packaged and protected. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone in the future who is looking for something a little bit different at very competitive prices.

Super attentive service and high quality products, will be coming back for more!

Great range of high quality products and competitively priced. Delivery was very quick and I'm delighted with the item I bought. I would definitely recommend.

I recently found Shropshire Design after another company I had bought from cancelled my order due to long wait times. The experience couldn't have been more different. Shropshire kept their promises and both matched the cheaper price I had previously paid and delivered much faster than the timescale shown on their web pages. The customer service team was reassuring when I called especially as I was nervous following my experience with the other company. The Richmond Interiors dining table is better than I had expected and the delivery man who was employed by Shropshire was friendly and courteous, making sure he was careful when delivering into my home after it had been pouring with rain outside and the boxes and he was dripping wet. He also gave me a two hour timeslot (not typical these days) and was right on time. The whole process was easy, hassle free and enjoyable. Thank you - 5 STARS *****

After much scrolling online , I found exactly the console table I was looking for with Shropshire Design. It fits exactly where I wanted and looks precisely as was shown. Communication about delivery was excellent and I was kept informed of a delay in the most polite terms . I would definitely recommend them

Highly recommend for customer service.
Slight problem with item ordered but truly excellent customer service resolved the issue within days.
Regular contact and updates received.
Highly recommend

Stylish, quality products rarely seen elsewhere. Very helpful staff with good communications and on time delivery service. It’s where I look first for contemporary furniture and home accessories. I can highly recommend.

Lovely products , great designs , beautifully made, and very well priced with a range for all budgets. Delivery is good with lots of updates I have purchased several times for metalwork garden products that I have not seen elsewhere
Highly recommend

Ordered a table lamp from Shropshire Design and it was delivered the following day. Unfortunately the packaging had been damaged in transit and the lamp shade sustained a small tear. I notified Shropshire Design immediately and had a prompt response from Jacob. After sending photographs as requested Jacob informed me that a new shade would be sent out from the suppliers, RV Astley. I am so impressed with the speed of the response.
I must say that the lamp, an RV Astley Lisle tall table lamp is so beautiful, with the solid chrystal base outstanding.
Thank you Shropshire Design for your outstanding customer service through Jacob. A credit to your company. I will not hesitate to use your company in the future.

Would like to thank Shropshire Design for the great customer service and very quick delivery.
My table lamp looks lovely.
Kind regards

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase, both my product's are beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. Customer service was quick to respond to my emails and the delivery was on time.
Thank you to All the team at Shropshire Design.

This Company is fabulous. The product prices are very much on point and highly competitive. The only issue, being a very small one, the delivery charge wasn't made clear at point of sale. With that said, it was quickly rectified by them and delivery was 48hrs. I would certainly review 6 stars if poss, so huge 5 ⭐️ from me.
