We brought a very large round brass mirror. The Mirror was perfect as described. Packaged carefully, arrived timely. Good solid item. It looks stunning in the bedroom. A real centre piece. Brilliant customer service.

Lovely furniture. Was very pleased with my purchase.
Excellent service. Good comms on delivery and arrival time, well packaged

I recently purchased 8 Richmond Interiors chairs from Shropshire Design and absolutely love them. The quality is great and the customer service was unbeatable - I received a response on the 2 occasions I emailed within an hour which was amazing! Very happy customer and would wholeheartedly recommend them

I recently purchased the richmond interiors maisy dining table, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly into my dining room without overwhelming the space. The table's construction feels sturdy and durable made from high-quality marble top with x-shaped base made from antique brass finished aluminium. This table is a standout piece. It looks expensive without being overly costly.
The assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were clear, which made setting it up easy. The size is perfect for a family of four. I also appreciate the generous surface area that makes meal preparation and serving a breeze.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It blends style and practicality beautifully, offering excellent value for the price. If you're in the market for a dining table that combines elegance and function, definitely look no further and visit shropshire design.

I Bought a Beautiful Table from this company from start to finish it was a lovely experience could not fault this company in anyway I will certainly be purchasing more products in future

What a find! I had never heard of Shropshire Design before and found them after I was looking for a Richmond Interiors "Bloomstone" Coffee Table and they seemed to be offering it at the best price. I was impressed with their customer services, which was nothing short of excellent. They came back to me immediately each time I emailed them and the table actually arrived slightly more quickly than I was expecting. The table itself is stunning - it has a lovely stone appearance and texture but without being so heavy so getting it in to my living room was easy. The delivery guy helped me and also offered to take the box away but I declined as I have another use for it. There are some beautiful products on the website and I look forward to shopping with them again!

Bought a Coretta Bar from them and paid upfront only to be told bar wasn't available for 6-7 months (but they could keep my money to make sure I was at front of queue - kind!). Then took 18 days to refund me. They subsequently reached out and I understand this was a rare glitch. Shame as they have a lot of nice products. I would. Give them another try.

I have had a wonderful experience with Shropshire designs. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but I think this company tries really hard to offer an excellent customer service and product offering. I bought the Lingbo sideboard, which is a very large item and I was worried about access to my property. I called to check things in advance before I placed the order and the customer service guy checked my access on Google Maps and confirmed delivery would be fine to my home, which took away a lot of stress because I have had items that have failed delivery due to difficult access. The sideboard arrived within 2 weeks and is absolutely stunning. The price was much better than some other places that sell it and delivery was also free to me in Bucks. Thank you to Shropshire designs for a fab experience - customer service is obviously very important to this company.

I ordered the Laila side table in black as I have never
seen a table so unusual. When I received it, it was
stunning, better than the photographs on the website.
I am exceptionally pleased with this table.

High quality item, excellent customer service. Feels like a very personal experience. Really pleased. Would highly recommend.

Terrible Quality! Avoid
I ordered the Ryland Butler Stand a few months ago and to my dismay after two months the legs have sheered in half and the table is now completely broken :(. On close inspection the break has revealed bad craftsmanship the legs which appear on the outside to be be hand carved are infact just glued together - when I asked for a replacement for the fault I was told this was I fact my fault for putting anything on the table. This perhaps is something you may expect ever a few years but not in two months a you would get better quality from Ikea - hugely disappointing.

Great selection of fabulous table lamps.
Beautiful quality and fast delivery

Ordered 2 hurricane lamps. They arrived ahead of time and are absolutely stunning, great quality and look exactly as shown. Cannot recommend them and this company enough!

Recently purchased a diffuser from Shropshire Design.

Quickly despatched, well packed and competitively priced.

And to me important to support local !!!

This company is one of the best suppliers of furniture I have ever dealt with. The piece I ordered not only came within the time frame I was told it would be delivered, but when it arrived, it was beautifully wrapped to protect every part of it. The packaging was easy to deal with and easy to dispose of which surprised me as it came in a pretty large cardboard box and I did wonder if I was going to be able to break it down easily. I was able to do so without any trouble. When I finally got the console table unpacked and out, to say I was pleased with it is an understatement. I was thrilled and it looked exactly as it did in the photos on line. Even the small brass handles on the drawers were wrapped to protect the wood. I am so happy with this piece. The quality is very good and certainly worth what I paid for it. Excellent finish. I would not hesitate in purchasing other pieces from this company. They also kept me up to date with details of the dispatch. I didn’t have to contact them once. No complaints here.

I ordered some pottenpohl bottles. A good sale price. Communication was very good about the delivery which was a few days later.
Very happy.

Excellent service by Shropshire designs and I would highly recommend them. customer service of staff was most helpful! Packaging of product really good. My purchase was delivered on time and looks fabulous. I would definitely use them again.

The order arrive timely, as described, the Liang and Eimil sideboard is just beautiful and the customer service lovely. Thank you

I ordered a picture from here as it was a better price than I'd seen anywhere else. The communication with the company and the delivery driver was excellent! Delivery was on time and well packaged. Great experience all round! Would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them🙂

Absolutely beautiful piece of furniture. Unique table, perfect for the space. And delivered by a wonderful, friendly, helpful man who had driven all the way from London to Warwick in the pouring rain, updating me regularly, who arrived dead on time and was all smiles... A wonderful experience all round! Can't recommend this company highly enough!
