After breaking the charging cable on my G4 watch and not getting much help from the local supplier, I contacted Shot Skope direct and they could not have been more helpful. They sorted out the supply and couriering of a new cable across the world to New Zealand in less than 2 weeks.
Outstanding service

My shot scope is les than 2years old dies after about 16 holes I am an accomplished golfer so I don't waste much time searching for balls would never buy one again piece of junk if it was a battery issue u can't change battery

I have given 5 stars because the customer service agent called Cameron was absolutely brilliant I can’t praise him enough for resolving my issue with my V5 Shot Scope watch so quickly. From sending my watch back to Edinburgh to receiving a replacement watch was 3 days and I’m based in Southampton. He kept me informed every step of the replacement process which was very reassuring.
I will most definitely recommend Shot scope watches. Their customer support team are excellent especially Cameron. Thank you for resolving this issue so quickly.

Shotscope is good but not without issues. The editing after a round is fiddly and time consuming. You also only get one putter tag, the other spare tags cannot be used on another putter. You have to buy spare putter tags.

Good support with complex issue. G6 watch is great and easy to use.

Excellent customer service from Shotscope and Lee in particular. Always a very swift response in helping clear up any questions I have, and thereby enabling me to get the best out of my Shotscope V3 watch. I really recommend their products as they are always looking for ways to help golfers improve. 🙂⛳

Good overall experience with the company.

Great sensors and it does actually help me relive each round of golf and at the same time give me the statistics. The challenge that I had was sensor snapped and batter reaching out to customer service, they immediately responded and promised to send a replacement. Awesome. I do hope that the future iteration would be more robust so it won’t snap off. Suggest making the diameter of the sensor smaller and the screw diameter thicker to strengthen it mitigate the sensor from snapping.

My V5 watch is great, I love what it does with no subscription. Ran into a technical hiccup there not syncing last month, but shotscope's support was top notch and got me up and running again.

I had a problem with LM1 and within a couple of hours a reaction and suggestions. It didn’t solve the problem and a return form was send with clear instructions. After mailing the “track and trace” ,again within a day, the conformation that returns postage fee is reimbursed and the new LM1 wil arrive in a week. Very good and happy!

I pre-ordered a LM1 unit from Shot Scope in March. The estimated delivery was late April early May. It is now mid-May and I still don't have an estimated delivery date. Was told by customer service that it could be weeks...
To add insult to injury, the same unit was availble from other retail outlets for next day delivery. What is the point of goint direct when retailers are given priority over loyal customers.

A simple enquiry about a broken tag and looking for a replacement, and they went above and beyond expectations and agreed to replace my broken tag at no cost.
