Shot Scope excels at customer service. A couple of times I submitted requests to remap a course and new updates were available within 24 hours. Recently I had an issue with my V5 watch and the support team walked me through some things to try, which after no success they asked me to send back the watch and they immediately replaced it within days as I was within my warranty period. Very easy to deal with and very quick resolve my issue.

Received a unit which was faulty and received a replacement quickly. Very responsive and helpful during troubleshooting. New product is great.

Brilliant service as always can never do enough for you

I wrote along review got erased when I was attaching my email. Long story short I canceled my LM1 order. Due to poor communication from the company following order placement back in March you can find LM1 launch monitors at secondary retailers. Why would I wait till end of June to get something that I can go down the street and buy. My constructive criticism to the company is to improve communication, especially for new product launches. If there had been clear communication on the timeline for my delivery and why delays were taking place I probably would’ve kept my order.

Purchased an LM1 in March. Charged the unit upon receipt and used it twice over the next month. Went to charge LM1 again, but would not charge. Over the last month, I have exchanged multiple emails with Shot Scope, many of them just to convince Shot Scope that the LM1 would not charge. Shot Scope required me to pay for shipping of the unit back to them (they still have not reimbursed me), and then emailed me saying they have no replacement units, but I’m “on the list” to get a replacement. Simply awful customer service and useless warranty. At this point, I assume I’m just out $200 and my time/effort to go through all of Shot Scope’s hoops.

Something went wrong with my v5, but the support in getting it replaced promptly was exceptionally good.

The company's attitude to remedying any problems is first class.

PS I love the watch and really missed it for the few days I didn't have it available.

I recently purchased the Shot Scope V5. After waiting all winter and spring hoping it would go on sale, I couldn't wait any longer and purchased at full price.
It went on sale the next week!

I emailed their Customer Care and within 24hrs I was refunded the difference.
No questions asked.

Made my day.

They really tried to solve my issue, it was a last resort for me. I broke the buckle of my watch strap and although the watch is away out of warranty and the strap is no longer available they really tried to help.

Excellent service, slight delay due to demand but quickly resolved and received the LM1 very quickly. Very happy and would highly recommend ShotScope to any golfer looking to improve.

I have made multiple requests for information, updates to course information, and replacement tags, and I have never been dissatisfied by the support I receive from Shot Scope. Love their products and their support of them.

I bought a shot scope G6 and found out that i couldn't select the blue tees for my home course. Made a request and within 2 days they added them and even added other missing tees. Great job!

This is my second golf season using shotscope and it's been great. There's no subscription (which is how it should be!), great and responsive customer service when courses need mapping (under 3 days to complete), and overall a great experience. Thanks for a great platform and product.

Great service. I lost my putter sensor and contacted them to see how to buy a new one. The answered that they are sending me one free. Couldn’t be happier.

Cameron was very helpful and was clearly focused on finding a solution to my problem. My watch was failing to pick up the tabs on my clubs in spite of resetting the device).
I was bracing myself for having to buy a new watch, but Cameron advised me to buy a new strap, at a fraction of the price.
When the strap arrives, I’ll be able to update this review on whether the suggestion has worked.

The customer service I received was top drawer. My e.mails were answered promptly and Calum really did go the extra mile to solve the issues I had. I really cannot fault the service provided.

After breaking the charging cable on my G4 watch and not getting much help from the local supplier, I contacted Shot Skope direct and they could not have been more helpful. They sorted out the supply and couriering of a new cable across the world to New Zealand in less than 2 weeks.
