I paid $250 inclusive shipping and I think the price is fair combining it’s an official and authentic jersey. Good and solid quality. Of course, you can use this jersey on top of your own hockey gear.

Would rate zero if possible. Paid £60 for my order, it hasn’t arrived, no answers to emails. I am going to contact my bank and report this as fraud

Item sizing completely different to measurements on site.
No answer to phone calls - "automated" returns online not working - took three emails to get a generic and incorrect response.
Finally able to return and refusal to cover return postage despite fault with their measurements.
Will not used again. Ever.

I ordered in the past 9 months 3 tall hockey puck cases with two autograph pucks and each case came with a scratch across the front of the glass. The package came nicely wrapped. Also a regular puck that I got wasn’t in great shape.

i ordred 2 items, I only receive one. I try to contact the costumer service 2 month now and I haven't get an answer.
i didn't get an order number or anything, but they took the money for the missing item to.

Ordered a red wings shirt and received a Seattle Seahawks shirt. Not even kidding. How do you order from nhl.com and get an NFL shirt??? Horrible.

I spent over $250.00 on a jersey with a PLAYERS name on it. All I wanted was to exchange for a different size and they said NO! I have spent so much money with this company in this past. I will never spend another dime with them and make sure anyone I remotely even speak about Hockey to will know my experience. Can't wait for the next Caps game to spread the word about how horrible this company is!! They care not about their customers satisfaction or if you post on social media, or spread by mouth. They have your money why do they care if your happy about it because people will continue to spend? BUYERS BEWARE!! A$$hats!!!

I bid and won a Patrick Laine hat w the inscription and signature reading hat trick #29 of 29.
Funny thing , they dont have the hat obviously someone else does i would like to know who ? someone who works at fanatics? did they steal it or just give it to a manager a friend?
Is it not dishonest to do this? Is it illegal?
They offered me a full refund ( oh how nice and wow customer service of them)
They also offered a different hat just a generic signed Laine hat for a higher price.
