Evolution Power Tools Arvostelua 200

Ware war nach einmaligem benutzem Defekt. Danach Kundeservice kontaktiert und dieser hat die Rücksendung für mich organisiert und bestätigt, dass der volle Betrag zurücküberwiesen wird. Rücksendung ist bereits vor Wochen bei Evolution Power Tools eingegangen, doch eine Rückerstattung bleibt aus. Kontakt zum Verkäufer nicht mehr möglich, Email werden nicht mehr beantwortet, über die Hotline bekommt man niemanden. Paypal Fall eröffnet, Paypal fühlt sich allerdings für diesen Fall nicht zuständig, da die Ware bei erhalt in Ordnung war. Ich werde wohl jetzt einen Rechtsanawalt einschalten müssen. Nie wieder!

Senden keine Rechnung und antworten auf keine Email.
Als Unternehmer bleib ich auf den Kosten sitzen.

Nachdem ich die R255SMS-DB+ 255mm Doppelgehrungssäge zusammen mit dem Gehrungssägeständer mit universellen Befestigungen XL gekauft habe, habe ich die Artikel ausführlich getestet.
Gehrungssägeständer:
1. Der Aufbau. Aufbauanleitung ist ein schlechter Witz. Wenig nachvollziehbare und in meinem Fall ohne Vergrößerungsbrille kaum zu erkennen. Intuition und Erfahrung notwendig. Aufbau ärgerlich und viel zu zeitaufwändig.
2. Haptik, Robustheit, Zweckmäßigkeit und Qualität. Die Rohrsteifheit und Konstruktion ist hinsichtlich der Materialien ausreichend ausgelegt. Allerdings bezweifle ich, dass mit der max. ausgelobten 300kg Belastung auch nur kurz gearbeitet werden kann, ohne das Gestell zu beschädigen.
Die Maschinenhalterungen sind nach Nachjustierung intuitiv und sicher zu benutzen. Für Nutzung einer zweiten Säge können die Teile jedoch nur bei einem Zulieferer auf Nachfrage zum mehr als doppelten Preis vergleichbarer Halterungen im Internet gekauft werden.
Die Einschubstangen für die Ablänghalterungen sind zwar ausreichend dimensioniert (aber definitiv auch nicht für 300kg auf der max. mögliche Länge), aber hinsichtlich der Einsatzfähigkeit leider nur stark eingeschränkt nutzbar, wenn genaues Arbeiten gefragt ist, da die Einstellungen sich bei Belastung sehr schnell selbständig änderten (hatte 2 Meter lange Stahlquadratrohre 40x40x3mm in Bearbeitung und konnte Gehrungsschnitte nicht reproduzierbar ablängen, da die Halterungen sich trotz ausreichend handfester Arretierung ständig in Höhe und Lagerung änderten). Zwei Sterne Abzug, da unverzeihlich, wenn man so eine Kombi kauft, wo Präzisionsarbeit beworben wird). Für gewerbliches Arbeiten absolut ungeeignet und auch DIY-Handwerker werden sich hierüber ärgern.
Ein weiteres schlecht gelöstes Konstruktionsdefizit ist die nicht mögliche senkrechte Verräumung des Gestells mit montierter Säge, weil dazu eine Anti-Kipp-Vorrichtung (hätte man leicht umsetzen können) notwendig gewesen wäre. In Versuchen zeigte sich, dass bei entsprechender Sägeposition so etwas möglich gewesen wäre, wenn gewollt, da das Gestell das Gewicht der Säge locker vertragen hätte und die Rollen dies auch weggesteckt hätten. So also immer Säge demontieren und Gestell dann senkrecht lagern.
3. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wohlwollende 3 Sterne, da ich für die gezahlten 135 € leider keine reproduzierbare Präzision erhalten habe. Viel mehr darf das Teil aber m.M.n. nicht kosten, da sonst ein ungünstiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entsteht.

R255SMS-DB+ 255mm Doppelgehrungssäge:
1. Aufbau. Einfach, wenn man nach Bild der fertigen Säge auf dem Produktkarton geht. Die Beschreibung ist eher nicht zu gebrauchen.
2.Haptik, Robustheit, Zweckmäßigkeit, Qualität. KATASTROPHE- da das mitgelieferte Multi-Sägeblatt nach 7 Schnitten in Stahl (40x40x3) komplett zerstört war (bin geübter Handwerker und weiß, wie man solche Materialien sägt).
Ein Anruf bei Evolution gelang nur einmal von insgesamt 20 Versuchen über mehrere Tage zu den genannten Öffnungszeiten. Ohne Bilder von Säge und Blatt würde bei Evolution gar nichts passieren und man versprach eine E-Mail mit den Kontaktdaten hierzu. Diese Mail ist nicht versendet worden und weitere ca. 20 Versuche, den Service von Evolution anzurufen, gingen sämtlichst ins Leere, obwohl ich 2 Mal auf den AB sprach. Ich war gezwungen, mir Sägeblätter neu zu kaufen, um mein Projekt fortzuführen.
Die Säge selbst macht einen akzeptablen Eindruck, aber ein existenter Service ist für so ein Gerät unabdingbar. Da es diesen NICHT gibt, ist der Kauf ein Risiko.
3. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Da ich gezwungen war ca. 160 € brauchbare Blätter nachzuschießen, weil das mitgelieferte Multi-Blatt eine Vollzumutung ist, ist die Säge kein angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, da die Säge für viele in einem wirtschaftlichen Desaster enden wird.

Nachtrag: Keine Rückmeldung von Evolution nach deren Post mit Bitte um Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits=Antwort von Evolution erfolgt nur wegen Schadensbegrenzung, nicht aus ehrlichem Antrieb= KEIN SERVICE = Finger weg von EVOLUTION, weil ihr im Schadenfall alleine seid!

If you urgently need tools, do yourself a favour and don’t order from them.
I ordered on Thursday for guaranteed Friday delivery. I even emailed them the same day just to double-check — they confirmed in writing that it would arrive the next day. Perfect, right?
Wrong.
Friday comes, and suddenly I get an alert saying the order is “running behind.” Then another email telling me it will now arrive on Monday. Fantastic — especially when I needed it first thing Saturday morning.
I paid more than other websites purely because they advertised next-day delivery. Turns out that “next day” apparently means “whenever we feel like it.”
Big promises. Very low effort.

Son una empresa de dudosa capacidad. No tienen stock de muchos productos. Antes de la compra te contestan rápidamente a los correos, pero una vez que compras estás vendido. Ya no atienden al teléfono, siempre salta el buzón de voz. A los correos electrónicos, cuando consigues que te contesten, es pasado una semana y mal. No son resolutivos para nada. Las máquinas pueden ser buenas y no baratas precisamente, yo me dejé en el pedido 500€. Deben pagar a gente para que haga sus vídeos y comparativas poniendolas por las nubes para que piques, pero si luego el servicio postventa no existe estás muerto. No soy al primero que le llegan piezas rotas; en mi caso durante el montaje de la máquina se pasaron apretando un tornillo y partieron la pieza de plástico, me la metieron en la caja. Se quedaron tan anchos.

Compré la Sierra de Corte Evolution R355CPS de 355 mm con hoja Multi-Material TCT. El producto llegó a Cádiz el día 6 de diciembre con la clavija del enchufe rota, quedando inutilizable desde el primer momento (foto adjunta).
Han pasado más de 40 días desde la entrega. He enviado 7 mensajes al servicio postventa y la única respuesta es que “lo pasan a los técnicos”. Nunca responden ni dan solución.
La experiencia demuestra una falta total de atención al cliente cuando surge un problema real. Dejo esta opinión para advertir a futuros compradores.

This was the second order I placed with Evolution who claim next business day delivery. On both occasions this was not the case and to make matters worse, when you contact the company via email they do not reply. The first order was 3 days late and the second was 6 days late with no notification of when it would arrive. They will also tell you that you must sign for the delivery but having wasted two days off waiting for a delivery to arrive I found it dumped in my porch without a signature. Then I found out the driver stated they had handed it to me!
My second delivery was several days late so I emailed twice over a period of 3 days asking what was going on and received no reply. In fact, I have now had my goods for 5 days, sent another polite email yesterday asking why they never replied and at the time of writing this review I have still had no reply, let alone an apology, complete disdain for a customer, shocking.
The products are actually OK but the delivery and customer service are awful. Unless you don't care when your order arrives I would avoid purchasing from this company.

Ricevo l’ordine giorno 3 dicembre, apro il pacco, vado per montarlo e noto subito la mancanza di un componente e il danneggiamento del serraggio del disco. Li contatto via mail e mi chiedono di aprire garanzia con il seriale dell’attrezzo.
Efftuo la procedura e per diversi giorni nulla.
Li ricontatto chiedendo novità e nulla, li ricontatto nuovamente e nulla.
Silenzio per settimane, al chè decido di aprire una contestazione paypal. E indovinate un po’? Ancora nulla. Passano ancora giorni e converto la pratica in reclamo paypal et voila. Ecco una loro mail in cui si scusano del ritardo e mi invitano a chiudere la pratica per ovvie ragioni (le loro). Io ovviamente non chiudo e allego ulteriori prove.

Loro mandano un’altra mail in cui mi invitano a chiudete la pratica paypal e a riaprirla nel caso in cui non fossi soddisfatto del loro servizio. E qui casca l’asino perchè tutti sappiamo che una pratica, una volta chiusa non la si può riaprire.

Paypal mi da ragione chiedendomi però di rispedire il pacco nel regno unito, che con tasse ed oneri doganali arriviamo quasi al valore dell’attrezzo, comprato scontato con le offerte black friday.

Morale della favola? Comprate altro, altri marchi, più seri dal punto di vista morale e tecnico, non abbiate la curiosità di comprate i prodotti per il prezzo perché prendete solo pizze.

Ah per la cronaca, se qualcuno avesse dubbi sulla veridicità di quanto scritto mi contatti, ho le prove.

Fabulous After Care even though fault was with me entirely! The saw was collected and taken to headquarters only to find, it's a left hand thread and nothing at all wrong with it! Michelle from Customer Services has the patience of a saint! Thank you!

I made a purchase of R210SMS+mitre saw 2 years ago and, due to unforeseen circumstances, only got to set the saw up this month! I found the thread where the blade is located, to be damaged. Customer Services staff member was excellent, (MIchelle), who, after gathering lots of necessary information, sent a courier to me to collect it for mending as it is still within it's 3 year warranty. A great service, to be fair. I have other items, ie a circular and reciprocating saw, both fantastic tools and not a crazy price.

Ho comprato il Banco Sega R255TBL+ 1800W. La piastra ha qualche difetti. Cerco di avere qualche spiegazione senza successo. Ho scritto ma nessun risposta. Abbiamo superato di molto la risposta "entri 24 ore"...
Inoltre le telefonate al numero 028001 6535 dopo vendita online è una fregature: non è una linea a quale rispondono come è pretesa dalla Evolution Power Tools ma una semplice segreteria telefonica! Pretendono alla fine del messaggio che tutti operatore sono occupati.... Il 10/12,ho effetuato 11 chiamate senza nessun risposte. Questo per me è una presa in girò! Mi aspettavo a meglio! grandissima delusione.

ayer intente comprar una herramienta de evolutionpowertools España vivo en Gran Canaria. Desafortunadamente la tienda no envía productos a Gran Canaria a pesar de su eslogan "Entrega en toda España" les ofrecí asumir gastos de envío, desafortunadamente no funcionó.
Mi pregunta es
La empresa no considera Canarias como parte de España?
Igual sería momento para cambiar el eslogan?!?
espero que encuentren la manera incluir canarias en su red de distribución.

Bought a brand new mitre saw but received a saw that had obviously been a return as the blade had been used and the saw had sawdust all over it, the bolt for assembling the cable tidy was missing as was the Allen key for assembly. Evolution offered to refund me £12 but reduce the warranty from 3 years to 90 days, I now have to wait in all day Monday for it to be returned a further inconvenience. Evolution do not care about their customers and the staff couldn’t be less interested

pretty poor i have spent over 1000€ with these people and their service is pretty poor. it was very difficult to deal with them. i also bought one of their diamond blades to cut tile on my table saw it was horrendous it just splintered the tile edge no matter which way round you cut it top or bottom when i complained about it all i got was ah you shouldn't use it in that machine really helpful and a complete waste of 47€... but they didn't give jot about that

Bestellt war eine Handkreissäge mit Universalsägeblatt.
Erhalten habe ich eine gebrauchte Säge mit einem
vollkommen zerstörten Sägeblatt.
Die Rückgabe gestaltete sich sehr zäh.
Letztlich habe ich den Kaufpreis zurück erhalten, aber weder eine Erklärung oder gar Entschuldigung für den Fehler. Die Beweislast liegt natürlich beim Kunden, das Risiko auch. Evolution; nie wieder!

Multi purpose precision file sander - been using it for about six months and it had been excellent. I can't fault it and wouldn't be without it. Used to easily clean metal before welding and clean up welds afterwards. I see some people complain about customer service with Evolution but I bought this from a 3rd party supplier who are usually pretty good to deal with. I also see a few people complaining about Evolution delivering late but I'd rather wait a week and have a good product and the big third party suppliers will a have more clout than the individual - it's doesn't absolve Evolution from poor service but there are ways around it. I have a 15 years old circular saw for cutting concrete and although I have not used it recently it's always been a solid performer.

Brought a evolution table saw, that arrived damaged, more likely damaged during delivery.
But Evolution where first class and sent new parts within days,fantastic service.
And the saw works just as described.

Bought a table saw for 400 Euros. Some small plastic clips are missing. Evolution don't want to know and will not post to Ireland.
Screwfix where I got the machine want me to pack it all back up and bring it back to get a whole new machine.

I run a construction company and have purchased several Evolution Power Tools products over the years, including a concrete saw and a compactor plate recently. Both have been durable and have held up well across multiple jobs.

Recently, I lost a part on my concrete saw and called Evolution for help — they sent me a replacement in the mail at no charge. That kind of customer service is rare these days.

Their tools are heavy-duty and well-priced. I’d recommend Evolution Power Tools to any contractor.
