To start it was ok , received my Gazebo as ordered all good . When I built it I noticed a number of issues …….stitching coming apart , pin holes on roof where the stitching was . I contacted customer service , received a reply message asking for pictures and vids to determine course of action . Sent pics and vids ……nothing back ……this was 3 weeks ago ….ive sent a couple more messages but still absolutely nothing back .

Qualität fraglich - Kundenservice nicht vorhanden
Wir haben im Dezember 2025 eine Kreissäge gekauft. Nach nur 3 Mal Gebrauch brach ein Teil ab. Die im Übrigen praktisch neuwertige Säge wurde deshalb Anfang des Jahres 2026 zur Reparatur eingeschickt. Nun kam sie „repariert“ zurück. Offenbar wurde das gesamte Gehäuse der Säge durch ein gebrauchtes altes Gehäuse ersetzt. Das getauschte Gehäuse weist - im Gegensatz zu dem ursprünglichen Gehäuse - erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Ein Sägezahn des Sägeblattes ist abgebrochen (oder abgenutzt - laut Kundenservice).
Nach Mitteilung des Kundenservice besteht kein Grund zur Beanstandung.
Fazit: Alt gegen neu … da hätten wir gleich eine gebrauchte Säge kaufen können.

Great piece of kit for my table saw.
Wish there was an option when you buy the saw which is great piece of kit by the way.
The zero clearance plate fits great and easy to install.

I contacted Evolution staff seeking parts to repair my R255 SMS Mitre Saw, the reply was fast, efficient and informed, the Lady who replied was knowledgeable, very courteous and very helpful. I am really satisfied with the service I experienced.

Good service and good parts diagrams online, with a speedy parts service.

Ordered a clamp on 7th April. Tracking said collected from them on 8th. Still waiting on 14th despite chasing and being advised a delivery time. Should pay for a proper delivery service that can be relied on

Recently purchased the Evolution R255 TBL+ table saw based upon independent reviews. Quite honestly I wonder how I managed without this tool for so many years. It is a pure joy to use and the accuracy of cuts is amazing. One of my favourite features is the rack and pinion fence which is spot on. I will probably build my on sled rather than use the slide for mitre cuts but that is just a personal choice. Great piece of kit.

Purchase was straightforward and dispatched same day for next day delivery
Unfortunately DX decided to split the consignment and delivered the wacker next day but the block protector 3 days later but no fault of Evolution
The device has been great
Followed the advice of other reviews and used within it’s capabilities and it does the job well

Have not used my track saw yet but everything I've got from evolution has been spot on expecting the same

Artikel wurden innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist zurück gesendet, schriftliche Bestätigung liegt vor. Kundendienst antwortet wie er Lust und Laune hat, meistens bleiben Emails unbeantwortet. Für mich bleibt nur der rechtliche Weg...
Nachtrag vom 02.04.2026, Leider muss man erst eine negative Bewertung verfassen, damit Bewegung in die Rückabwicklung kommt. Danke, dass es letztendlich doch noch geklappt hat. Dafür gibt es drei Sterne, als neutrale Bewertung.

I lost the filter cap for my evolution wet and dry vacuum. I called customer services on 9/3/26 they said they would send one out free of charge, it arrived 13/3/26
