Nicht mal das registrieren funktioniert bei dem Verein. Share Now ist zu d.... ein Foto des Führerschein als auch ein solches zu erkennen. Angeblich handelt es sich bei dem Foto um eine Fotokopie des Führerschein. Den Unterschied Foto / Fotokopie erkennt jedes dreijährige Kind, nur die "hochgebildeten" Share Now Mitarbeiter/innen nicht. Neue Führerscheinerfassung funktioniert übrigens auch nicht, da nach dem ersten erfolglosen Versuch der Zugang und damit auch die Bearbeitung sofort gesperrt wird. Witzverein

Vorrei dare il mio parere con il servizio telefonico il quale lascia molto che desiderare....purtroppo non si riesce ad arrivare a un chiarimento sulle fatture e poi si cade nella trapola della fattura molto costosa senza una motivazione giusta.....servizio pessimo.....ho eliminato il mio account per motivi di una fattura raddoppiata .....sono molto deluso ed arrabbiato....non utilizzerò mai più questo servizio....oltre che le macchine sono sempre sporche e mal tenute

Le auto sono quasi sempre sporche o con oggetti dimenticati.

Inoltre avevo prenotato un auto e sbloccandola per noleggiarla l'ho trovata:
* sporca di patatine;
* con trucchi di donna;
* sedili macchiati;
* bottiglie d'acqua e tappi di birra;
* con una tacca di benzina;
* parcheggiata su una pista ciclabile.

L'auto inizialmente nonostante fossi schifato l'ho presa perché avevo un appuntamento importante ed ero già in ritardo.
Noto solo dopo che aveva solo una tacca di benzina e quindi la riporto ESATTAMENTE dove l'ho trovata e quindi sulla ciclabile.
Per ovvi motivi:
1) Ero già in ritardo;
2) Ci mancava solo che finissi la benzina per strada visto che aveva solo una tacca.
Chiamo, mi restituiscono subito l'importo del noleggio e qui ci siamo.
Il giorno dopo ricevo un addebito di 102€ perché l'auto è parcheggiata sulla ciclabile.

Non mi hanno risposto dopo due mesi al reclamo.
Se proprio volevano addebitarli a qualcuno, dovevano addebitarli al cafone che ha noleggiato l'auto prima di me sporcandola, lasciandola senza benzina e pure sulla ciclabile.

Non lo userò più. Poi ci si chiede perché questi servizi non decollano e le persone rimangono affezionate al possesso dell'auto.

There are never any cars in the center of Lyngby. There are however 12 available cars at the student dorms outside of Lyngby.

The problem is that the majority of the people who needs to use it are not able to, because they are parked too far away.

A VERY SERIOUS INCIDENT!

a serious incident that occurred on Saturday 3 December.

I rented the car as part of my house move so that I could put all my valuable belongings (passport, bank cards, jewellery etc) in the trunk as well as take my cleaner from one house to the other during the move. The following occurred:

I went to the new house to collect the key from the agent
I came back to my old house, parked and locked the car
I collected my valuables and placed them in the trunk
I walked back to my old house to assist the moving company with moving out all of my furniture
When the movers were packed and ready to go (around 12pm), I returned to the car with my cleaner but the app would not open it, despite refreshing it multiple times.
I called customer care and they tried to open the car remotely, however this failed.
Customer care then cancelled the trip on their side and told me to wait 20 minutes for the car to be visible on the app, and book it again
The car never became visible on the app again
I called back and customer care checked their side and said indeed, the car is not visible and is failing to respond to the server.
Three hours of phoning customer care then ensued. I spoke to multiple people. One kept saying she has rebooted the car and I must simply wait till it reflects. This never happened. Another was really rude and unhelpful to me and yet another just put me on hold for 30 minutes.
It was zero degrees on Saturday and I was not wearing a coat – just jeans and a shirt. My phone battery was also dying at this point. And of course I was super stressed because:
The car was locked with my MOST valuable items in it
I was freezing
My phone was dying
Most importantly, the new house keys were in the car, and the movers were now waiting on the other side at my new place.
I expressed all this to multiple people on the phone and received little sympathy and absolutely no support
I was told that the master key is only available with the Share Now fleet on a Monday through Friday but not on the weekends so this issue could only get resolved in the week.
I explained that this is not possible because the key for the new place was in the car and I needed the movers to put all my furniture in the house, I needed somewhere to sleep and I did not want to leave my valuables in the car.
I was told that there is simply nothing anyone can do.
Eventually one of the customer care staff told me to call BMW road assist.
I called BMW and again, was passed on to multiple people. Finally I was informed that BMW and Share Now have an explicit agreement that BMW Road Assist cannot assist Share Now clients. I was flabbergasted that I was misinformed (likely intentionally) on this matter and called Share Now back to indicate this.
I asked for a supervisor and was informed that supervisors will not speak to customers.
Finally, after 4 hours of this, one of the call centre agents (Mariska) contacted a towing company.
I then had to wait 30 mins for the tow truck to arrive who then had to break open the door.
It took me another 20 minutes to get an uber, and another half hour to get to my new house and open up for the movers who then only managed to finish at 7pm.

I was not only traumatised, stressed, and freezing by this point but there were also dire consequences for me.

The movers’ original quote was 2258 euros (see attached) and the invoice landed up being 3610.90 (also attached) due to the extra time as a result of the Share Now incident and having to wait with all my furniture outside the new apartment.

I expect this difference of 1352.90 to be compensated to me by Share Now and of course for the actual Share Now invoice to be repaid back to me.

I am absolutely horrified at the way I was treated and how little assistance I received. I will never use this app again and if I am not compensated, I intend to share this story all over social media – you left a woman stranded in the freezing cold, on the main road with all of her valuables locked in a car and the threat of both her and her furniture having to spend the night on the street and did nothing to assist because you refuse to have an emergency back up on the weekends. This is unacceptable and I hope ar least at this point, I will, receive a more sympathetic and caring service from you.

sarebbe bello e democratico come servizio se solo funzionasse. Il customer care è inesistente, devi solo sperare di non avere un problema una volta salito sull'auto perché in caso contrario addio.
Le tariffe ormai hanno cifre folli, insomma per me è inutilizzabile.

Thinking about contacting the customer support? Expect to wait around two weeks, just to receive a standard answer with referral to the T&C, Just another red flag that this company simply does not care about their customers. They are about to show more red flags than you will find in whole China.

MAI segnalare un problema all'auto

Noleggiata una Peugeot a Roma, mi sono accorto dopo una decina di minuti nel traffico che una ruota era a terra. Parcheggio e segnalo il problema all'assistenza per evitare rischi e permettere all'azienda di risolvere subito il problema. E' stato un gravissimo errore. Il contratto di noleggio mette nella posizione di dover inevitabilmente dichiarare per iscritto di aver fatto un incidente o subire il pagamento del danno senza franchigia.

Esperienza molto negativa di noleggio vettura.

ho noleggiato a Torino una Peugeot 208 per 4 giorni ha partire da Giovedi 1 Settembre, in quanto volevo andare nelle Marche da mia figlia.
Venerdì mattina parto e appena imboccato l'autostrada A21 mi accorgo di avere forato per cui 200 mt dopo l'autogrill di Villanova mi fermo in un'area di sosta e chiamo alle ore 10.15 il 0260063093 per segnalare il problema.
Dopo aver passato più di 6 ore in autostrada fermo e aver chiamato ogni ora il numero precedentemente scritto alle ore 16.25 arriva l'ACI con il carro attrezzi e scopro inoltre che è previsto, non la riparazione della gomma, ma il fermo mezzo presso il loro deposito ad Asti.
Nonostante la buona volontà dell'addetto ACI e la mia disponibilità a pagare la riparazione della gomma, riceviamo risposta negativa , lui dalla sua sede centrale e io da Shara Now.
Per cui a mie spese, sperando che me le rimborsino, prendo un taxi per la stazione e torno a Torino con il treno.
Per telefono mi viene inoltre detto che il noleggio verrà chiuso da loro perchè fuori area, e che mi verrà conteggiato solo un giorno più due ore di noleggio,
Stammattina Domenica 4 Settembre scopro che la vettura che avevo noleggiato è di nuovo in servizio, regolarmente posteggiata in una via, a Torino.
Siccome non ho ricevuto segnalazioni di storno da parte di Share Now, di quanto miera stato riferito Venerdì pomeriggio, richiamo il 0260063093, e grazie ad una gentilissima signorina scopro che non era stato attivato nessun rimborso dei giorni di noleggio, per cui la vettura era a disposizione di un nuovo noleggio e intanto io pagavo per 4 giorni fino a Lunedì.
Fortunatamente la signorina che ha risposto ha capito la situazione ed ha provveduto a avviare la pratica di rimborso per i giorni non utilizzati.

Scam with charging reimbursement and extra fees

Their charging refund process and extra fees are a scam.

I rented a car in Paris for one week. I thought the concept was very good as charging is also included in the price. However, the refund process seems to be a fraud. They pay the money back to your bank account that can take up to six weeks. Finally after several weeks they sent me ”payment documents” but the money never arrived to my bank account. I have recieved absolutely worst customer service after complaining. I was forced to send my bank statements from end of May to end of July to prove that I have not recieved the money. I found this very uncomfortable because bank statements have a lot of information about my spending. After the document was sent I was told that the money is paid. So why did I then even send the statements if this is the answer?!? The issue is still not solved and I have not recived my charging reimbursement. Furthermore, I was charged a 20 eur handling fee from apparently getting a speeding or parking ticket. I just have not recieved any tickets. Also, parking should be included in the price within Paris. Overall I have lost money and a lot of time trying to solve this issue. So the company is a scam.

ShareNow è un marchio di Car2go Italia. Attratto dalle tariffe presenti sul sito volevo provare ad iscrivermi gratis (vs un credito di 5 Euro) ma invece m hanno prelevato dalla carta 9 Euro (offrendomi un credito di 15). Fin qui nulla di grave se non fosse che le tariffe effettive associate alla singola vettura visualizzata sulla App sono ben più alte (ben più del 50%) di quelle presenti sul sito e - non ultimo - le auto presenti a Roma sono pochissime raffrontate alla richiesta per cui dopo una certa ora devi andare dall'altra parte della città a cercarne una. Mi chiedo come faccia il neo azionista (Stellantis) di questa azienda a non perdere la faccia per questa xxxffa che provvederò a segnalare all'AGCM quanto prima.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! I called the customer service in Denmark for help with a car that didn’t want to lock and the guy immediately talks to me in a degrading manner. Rude tone, ignoring the problem I’m calling for and wasting my time with silly questions and accusing me of lying. Seems like they have hired young school boys with no training in customer service. Worst experience with customer service ever. You can do better than this Sharenow! Great technology but that’s not enough to succeed!!! At the end of the day your customers are real people and you should treat them with dignity.

I SIGNED UP YESTERDAY AND THIS MORNING I GOT AN EMAIL ABOUT A 9€ BILL I RECEIVED FOR JUST SIGNING UP AND UPLOADING MY DOCUMENTS, WHAT A SCAM I HAVEN'T EVEN RENTED ANYTHING THROUGH THEM (AND NEVER WILL NOW OF COURSE AND WILL MAKE SURE NOBODY DOES EITHER)

Terrible customer service if anything…

Terrible customer service if anything goes wrong out of the ordinary. I was charged retroactively a whole string of ‘dunning fees’ and ‘rejection fees’, just because I manually approve all bank transactions on my account.

At some point they couldn’t explain their own fees anymore and resorted simply to saying I should just pay. I’m still furious when I think about the non caring approach and nonsensical arguments.

After years of happily and often using the service I was incredibly disappointed with how they handled this case and I’ve avoided them since.

Very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have rented a car with an empty
Benzin tank. I had refueled the car (self-service) and paid with a bank card.
I have provided a bank statement to refund the cost of gasoline.
But got refuse. Because I had to provide a paper slip from the gas station.
What's going on, share now, indeed?
You have the proof with all the needed information but looking for a cause not to refund. Disappointed.

Ich mag diesen Anbieter weil
- Autos sind vergleichsweise zu anderen CarSharing besser ausgestattet und gepflegt
- Service ist für eine längere Miete teurer als anderen Anbieter aber eine gute Alternative zu ÖNPV in einer Stadt
- Telefonisches Hotline war freundlich und kundenorientiert
- habe fast seit einem Jahr Nutzung nie ein Problem mit der Buchung und Bezahlung gehabt, selbst die Funktion Tanken gegen einem 5€ Gutschein funktioniert einwandfrei
