Turbo plus rent a car Arvostelua 

Complete SCAM. I rented a car in November 2025.
NOT only I did not get my deposit back but on top I was asked to pay another 10k AED (I naively paid) for some MINOR Damage. The manager told me he will send. me an invoice and refund the balance. They never replied with a concrete answer never shared a receipt for any work done and never gave me back the deposit. Avoid at all COST. I went to see them when I was in Dubai months later and they said they would pay me in 2 days. This was MAY. Worst customer service experience. DO NOT RENT from these Scammers.

SCAMMERS! AVOID THIS COMPANY: TBRC / FAST LANE / They don't return the high security deposits they charged, they intentionally damage the car, they provide a different vehicle, etc...!!!

Don't listen to all the paid reviews here. It's sad to see that these scammers keep running their ads and baiting more victims. Don't give your money to this company, no matter cash or card. You will get scammed.

They are counting on us to stay quiet and accept the loss, but getting justice is completely possible. It is NOT too late to file complaints and take legal action. I am gathering everyone who was affected, and I will see this through to the very end. For me, it’s a matter of principle—I am ready to spend even more than they withheld just to make sure they are held accountable.

I would rate it minus if I could.
Booked a car in December, we received a different car to what we requested.. he said he would come back in 2 hours with the car we wanted. He also said no deposit, he wanted us to tap our card just for fines that we might get whilst driving.. he said the money wouldnt be taken out the bank but put on hold - £1,500 left my account straight away.
He never came back in 2 hours with the car we had to go to the office. We ended up getting a different car. Asked about the refund and the owner said we would get it tomorrow.
Tomorrow came and we never received it, asked them to collect the car as we didn’t want it anymore.
They said the money would return in 21 working days .. we have chased up numerous times but they LIE and DONT REFUND THE MONEY.

Excellent service from Turbo Plus Car Rental. The staff were friendly and helpful, the car was in perfect condition, and the process was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

scammers. Didn't mention anything about deposit. on the spot AFTER taking the payment for the car they informed of 30,000 AED deposit to be mandatory for the car. Absolutely disgusting

want to share my experience with Turboplus.ae, a car rental company in Dubai, to warn others.

We rented a car from them and paid a deposit of nearly €1,500, which is approximately AED 6,400. After returning the car, we have not received our deposit back, and despite repeated attempts to contact them over several months, they have completely ignored us.

This experience has caused us significant stress and financial loss. I strongly advise anyone considering renting a car in Dubai to think twice before using Turboplus.ae. Make sure to read reviews carefully and confirm the company’s reliability before booking.

Bonjour à tous, cette société de location n'est pas fiable. Elle cachent des frais supplémentaires, leurs véhicules ne sont pas propres, et leur service clientèle est défaillant. De plus, ils vous prélèvent des dépôts de sécurité exorbitants tout en vous promettant un véhicule qui pourrait finalement ne pas être disponible, vous laissant avec des alternatives insatisfaisantes.
Je vous recommande de photographier le bien avant de l'accepter, car il n'est pas du tout honnête. Prenez le temps de lire le contrat de location et ne cédez pas à la pression de ces escrocs.

Fraudsters - Stayaway

1/ Brought a different car to me then what I had booked on their site and told me to drive it and if I don't like it I can return it.

2/ I booked the car for 2 days but decided to give car back after a day, as they told me to keep it and if I don't like it I can give it back, but of course they retained the money for additional day!

3/ Scammers then tried to show me a fake speeding ticket on their phone saying I was driving at 172 KPH on a day I didn't have the car LOL, morons failed on their own scam with the dates as the company has defrauded several tourists thinking they owe them thousands in fines.

4/ I booked the car with the client stating NO deposit but of course when car arrived, they demanded 10k deposit (cash or crypto) I refused but in the end agreed 3k on card as I needed a car urgently and their forceful tactics paid off. They told me deposit will be returned next few days, then 21 days, then 30 days. It's been 2 months and no response on my deposit.

STAY AWAY

Scam!! Charged my card without me even receiving the car and when I filed a dispute they lied and said I paid face to face contactless. I never met anyone within this company

Scam! They have a gps tracker in the car and give you 'fines' for exceeding the speedlimit. Uae 5000 each time. You will never get your deposit back.

If you’re visiting Dubai and planning to rent a luxury car, do NOT rent from Turbo Plus Rent a Car. This company is running a well-organized scam targeting tourists and visitors.

Here’s my experience:
• I booked a specific car, but when I arrived, they told me it was “not available” and gave me a completely different vehicle without any warning.
• They advertise “No Deposit Needed”, but the very next day, they called me demanding a deposit of over 10,000 AED.
• They use a fake app that shows false speed limit violations and fake distance reports. They claimed I drove over 200 km, which is unrealistic in Dubai due to traffic and full-speed camera coverage.
• These false claims are used to pressure you into paying more or risk losing a large amount of money.

This company operates with deception and manipulation. Their goal is to trap you, then drain your money through fake rules and scare tactics.

There are many honest and verified car rental companies in Dubai. Turbo Plus Rent a Car is not one of them.

Protect yourself. Warn others. Don’t fall into this trap.

I had a frustrating experience with Turboplusdxb. I rented a Ford Sedan for just one day and returned it in perfect condition but they refused returning my deposit. They would even respond to my emails anymore. Pls stay away from them as they don't seem trustworthy at all.

I had a really frustrating experience. The staff were rude and dismissive, and despite having a reservation, there was no car available for me. I felt pressured into an expensive upgrade that came with hidden fees. The vehicle I eventually received smelled terrible and was full of crumbs. To make matters worse, the check-engine light was on, but the staff just shrugged it off as normal. I returned the car spotless, yet I was still charged for deep cleaning and phantom scratches. Trying to get help was a nightmare, with endless hold music and unhelpful representatives. I had a bad experience with them overall, I really wouldn’t recommend this place—save your money and look elsewhere.
