Send Them Balloons Arvostelua 

Very disappointed ordered a baby balloon and it deflated after 2 days all the others I ordered are still up 6 days later.

balloons great- cake awful. came to the birthday girl smashed up with the writing all over the place. sent an email to the company but no response sadly!

I found Send Them Baloons on the Internet as I wanted to give my daughter some lovely baloons on her 2nd birthday recently.
I chose and ordered the baloons which cost around £40 (so I spent quite a bit)
When I ordered them it said I would receive them the day before my daughters birthday which was perfect. HOWEVER...I received a message from DPD the courier company Send Them Baloons use to deliver their products to customers. The message said "Your items are delayed"
Eventually I got another message saying they will be delivered on thr day of my daughters birthday. I thought this wasn't so bad as long as they arrived before midday. However, the notification from DPD said it would be delivering them between 16:30 and 17:30 that day. This was due to one of their vehicles breaking down (allegedly)
I was very disappointed as she'd get th4m pretty much at the end of the day on her birthday.
After they arrived. The baloons were great and have no issues with the actual product I got.
I wasn't happy about the delivery. I contacted Send Them Baloons about this and all they'd do is compensate me with the £4.50 delivery change and that was it.
I wasn't happy about this because I thought they'd give me maybe half the cost of the baloons back.
They came back saying it wasn't down to them and was down to the delivery company (got lots of empty apologies which mean nothing to me)
They said they never jave any issues with the delivery company they use.
I then agreed to thrm sending me some cup cakes as it was at least something.
So they used the same delivery company (DPD) to deliver these cakes.
I received a message from DPD saying "your package is delayed"
This kind of summed up thr situation...and the fact they told me the delivery company always deliver on time and what I experienced was a one off...seemed to not be the case AT ALL.
And to top it all off....the box they packed my cakes in stated " Keep box upright"
When they left the cakes on the doorstep it was on its side.
If companies use courier companies to delivery their products and there is an issue even with delivery ten that company should take the hit..they chose to use a courier company instead of having heir own delivery service. The product and delivery is a combined service
Although they sent me soke cup cakes...I dont think I'll have any confidence in future to buying any baloons in future as I have zero confidence they'll actually arrive on the day of the event.
Sounds to me thar maybe they have switched courier companies recently and previously the one before was much better and more reliable. The fact that this happened twice to me really damaged my confidence in buying from Send Them Baloons again.

We had an amazing experience! The customer service was brilliant and our little people absolutely loved the balloons - it was a great way to tell them that we are going to Disneyland! The cake was so lovely too! We couldn’t have been happier and will be a returning customer for sure! Thank you so much! 😊

The balloons looked great. Came in a huge box, one day before the choosen date (!!!).Luckily my friend was in that day. I was worried after reading the reviews it wouldn’t be delivered at all! Balloons are still standing after a week now. The free chocolate cake was nice, the icing wasn’t too sweet and it was fairly moist, not dry!!

I ordered 3 helium “Get Well”balloons to be delivered to my Nephew who had just been released from hospital following an operation. I paid the extra £9 to upgrade the balloons from 1 to 3 which also entitled him to a “free gift” of a bar of personalised chocolate which I thought would be a nice treat. Unfortunately, the balloons arrived on time (although in a sorry, part inflated state) but there was no chocolate bar or gift message included! Therefore, I paid £37.90 for 3 balloons!
Having just spoken to the company about the missing items, I have been repeatedly told that they are sorry but they were sent with the balloons! That they have a “process” to make sure mistakes don’t happen! They can’t tell me why they were no longer in the box when it was delivered - just that they were definitely in there. They were not. I take from that exchange that they suggest I am lying!
I have never felt the need to write a negative review before but was astounded by their lack of customer service! They will apparently send the missing items to be delivered tomorrow - 5 days late - but refuse any compensation in the form of a partial refund for not fulfilling the order that should have arrived last week! We’ll see if they arrive!

Steer well clear - at least large companies such as Moonpig admit their errors and refund you to apologise for not fulfilling your order! Absolute waste of money and a very disappointed child.

I order my childrens birthday balloons from here every year and have done for the last 5 years and I have always had a fabulous experience. I always choose to have them delivered a day or 2 before incase anything is wrong but so far it’s been a fabulous experience! The balloons last for a long time and the free gifts are all lovely (we have had all of them!)

The balloons did not arrive on the promised day, and so missed the event they were intended for. No response to a refund request.

Very disappointing, do not order. I ordered 21 balloons as a gift, they did arrive on time however were deflated. The number one balloon was on the floor. I contacted the company who said they would issue me a refund however it has been more than a month and I have not received a refund. I chased this up more than 2 weeks ago and still no reply or refund. Order from elsewhere not here.

I ordered before I read the recent reviews and thought “ oh great “ but !!!
It was a great experience I ordered 5 helium balloons for my wifes birthday.. they arrived when I wanted with the free gift which was cupcakes which tasted great.. I even had a phone call from the lady that works there to let me know that a balloon had popped and what replacement I would like.. this told me they don’t mess around they want the job done and done right.
Would definitely recommend.

Delivered it in a ordinary brownish box, 2 balloons were darker in colour, 1 balloon personalised even I pay for 3 items and a plastic ball as a holder. I sent a review on their website but it did not appear. Not recommended

Can't personalise any additional balloons.

Balloons are fantastic, only problem is I ordered them for delivery on Monday and they arrived on Saturday, 2 days early. Just hoping they stay inflated - which in this heat is doubtful - otherwise an expensive write off

Awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered helium balloons for £30 for my partner's birthday party and waited for their delivery. The DPD driver did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door as 3 people were in waiting and we have 2 dogs that bark at the slightest noise. Having received a text saying i was not home (I was!!) I immediately contacted DPD to ask them to return. They refused to do so. They apparently attempted delivery the next day again (same scenario). I contacted send them balloons to explain what had happened and request a refund for the product that had not been delivered and for which I now had no use for. They refused to refund me and to add insult to injury suggested I pay an additional £7 delivery charge to have the balloons I no longer needed or wanted delivered by the same company again!! They have not responded to any more of my communications.

Really disappointing. Would give 0 stars.

I ordered a birthday balloon for a relative with learning difficulties. The website asked for a delivery date which I put in as their birthday. However it was delivered 2days early.
The website ‘guarantees’ delivery on your chosen date - clearly this was not the case. And when I complained, it was blamed in Covid - not something my relation would understand

I have ordered twice now. The first time I ordered 3 balloons, two large numbers and a separate single balloon, the two large numbers arrived a day late due to them being sent to the wrong depot! Delivery was refunded so I decided to order again for another occasion, i ordered a set of three balloons two plain colours (advertised as purple) and a happy birthday balloon with the note and free gift stating ‘happy birthday mum’ they seem to think appropriate to send a red and blue balloon for this occasion and the justification from them is they are good colours for all to enjoy! May well be but you advertised purple and for a mum in my notes chose to send two different colour balloons! To make it worse the red balloon had a big hole in and was completely flat! Two tries with this company won’t be bothering again!

Excellent customer service. I placed a last minute order and had to change the recipient address as I had made a mistake with it. Despite the short notice, my error was corrected quickly and my balloons were delivered on time. I am very impressed with the efficient and helpful service.

I ordered 90th birthday balloons for my mums outdoor buffet. I ordered them to arrive before 12 noon on Saturday. They didn't arrive until after the event, the courier said that had the company put the correct postage on (which I'd paid for) they would have arrived on time.Send them balloons deny this. The helium balloons only stayed inflated for a day and a half. The company dismissed my complaint out of hand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, you'll waste your money.

Still haven’t had my order despite them showing PayPal evidence of delivery! No emails to actually say it was dispatched or our for delivery! Never even had an email to say about it being confirmed! Would never order from here again and would not advise anyone to unless they want to get ripped off! I am an honest person and would never lie about anything to get money back but I feel I have been taken for a ride! Plus why would I lie about £15 of stuff? Oh and the emails asking about my delivery was ignored!
