Easy to order, balloons delivered on time. Unfortunately the balloons looked terrible compared to the online image. The online image looked classy, what was sent looked like a joke. I emailed same day to complain and have had no response. I would not buy from them again as they do not appear to be honest traders.

The balloons were lovely, except one of my number balloons was quite deflated and they were quite expensive. I took a picture of the deflated balloon on the night and send it the next day asking for a partial refund. I didn’t hear anything back, even after chasing again

Extremely disappointed with these. Bought for Mother’s Day and I received them on the Saturday and they were in my home (which is nice and warm) for over a day and on Mother’s Day the giant heart balloon and also the 2 round pink ones was still deflated but the 2 gold star balloons was full. After taking the photos to try and contact seller (which I couldn’t get anywhere as they kept giving error messages plus I tried emailing and no reply from them) I had to just pop these and bin them because they look terrible like they have been in my home for over a week. I just had to rush out to buy balloons from another shop wasting even more money. Also these balloons are overpriced and you can buy these balloons from card factory for just £15 and I paid £47.90 including postage which I found out when I had to go there myself to buy them because the ones they sent was extremely poor. I wish I had come here to see other reviews before wasting time and money. Just avoid. Very disappointing and no communication.

One balloon was half inflated
Description was misleading, adding a number balloon actually meant changing one of the balloons to one with a number on. I was expecting an additional number shaped balloon
Sent email to customer services and no reply 2 weeks later. Wish I had checked here first

Ordered balloons to be delivered on a Saturday for my daughter's 21st birthday. To be delivered to the hotel we were staying for the night.
Told the day they were due to be delivered that they wouldn't be until the following day but we were checking out. We had to get the order diverted and they arrived 2 days late - completely pointless.

Contacted the company - still waiting for a response

Ordered my gift in plenty of time for my sister’s 50th Birthday. Requested delivery for on the day. She lives 4 hours from me and we were not meeting up until the Sunday.
Her order did not arrive on the day, but the day after. So disappointed and upset with the service.
Have contacted Send them Balloons 3 times since then and have not had any response.
Shocking service will not use again or recommend.

So I ordered balloons for my daughters birthday today(15/2) .By 3pm Friday had nothing from dpd who do the delivery..I thot there might delay because it was Valentines weekend so to be sure everything was OK I called them.Lines were busy so left a message.Within half an hour I had a message with tracking details to arrive Sat as I had ordered.They arrived on time and I have to say I was delighted with the balloons which were for my daughters 30th.I would definitely recommend and use again.The cupcakes that were sent were delicious so thank you for a prompt delivery on what must be one of the busiest weekends of the year.👍

Decided to order from this company when my usual balloon delivery service had sold out of the ones I was after. Didn’t think to read the reviews until after I placed my order and immediately panicked that I’d made an awful mistake, BUT the balloons arrived the very next day (as requested) in perfect condition. Not only that but the free cupcakes had survived the journey, having been carefully stuck down to the bottom of the box. Yes, the reviews are mixed, but personally I couldn’t fault this company.

Excellent balloons and excellent customer service via phone. I had a few queries before placing my order. My emailed question didn't produce sufficient answers to I phoned, and James was extremely helpful. The balloons were top class, and have stayed inflated for over a week. I would recommend, and would buy from them again

Balloons arrived the Monday instead of the Saturday meaning they were late and slightly deflated and the cupcakes were squashed in the box. I contacted the company who have chosen to not respond. Will not be using again and do not recommend.

I ordered balloons and cupcakes for my son’s 21st. They didn’t come on the day I had specified. They arrived 3 days late and the cakes were just an absolute mess in a box. Couldn’t use the cakes or balloons. Complained to customer services and over 3 weeks later they are ignoring me.

I ordered balloons and a birthday cake for my husband'd 66th. The delivery was on schedule when suddenly a late morning update from DPD said they couldn't deliver.
I called the company and spoke to a very lovely lady named Clair. She found out the problem with DPD and could not apologise enough. Clair immediately refunded the coat paid , I didn't have to ask. She also allowed the balloons to be delivered next day for my husband to enjoy.

My husband who's disabled from a major stroke was so excited when they were released from the box. The balloons were beautiful and the chocolate birthday cake was absolutely delicious...

Clair went above and beyond and that is true customer service. Thank you Clair for your kindness, your understanding and your support. I remain extremely grateful to you.

I will definitely order again with this company..and would highly recommend them

I received some balloons for my 40th Birthday which my Mum had organised to be delivered to me and when they arrive 2 of them were flat. I have sent various emails with you and to date I have had one reply asking for photos and then nothing after this, appalling customer service and I would expect to be refunded for the balloons.

Was a bit apprehensive to buy the balloons from this site at first as never heard of them and not all reviews were good. But glad I did as they delivery was swift, balloons good quality and cakes were tasty too. All well packaged, plus it's been 3 weeks and the balloons are still going strong.

I booked a Saturday delivery (couldn’t book Sunday as actually birthday was on the Monday) so had to book the closest day.

The balloons arrived 4 days earlier, when we were away and left on the doorstep. No communication and I tried to email twice with no response.

Very poor customer service…won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a set if 3 balloons for a 60th birthday to take to my husband's party. The main Manchester City balloon was completely deflated on arrival. Now things happen but I emailed the company on 30/12/2025 to tell them. I have still had absolutely no response to date even though they say they deal with enquiries within 24 hours! No attempt to put things right at all. So it seems looking at other reviews, you are fine if everything goes ok, but if not, the customer service is non-existent! Won't use this company again.

This could have been a completely different review had they responded to the issue. I bought 16 (number balloons) for my daughters birthday which arrived where one of the numbers wasnt tied down. i raised this with customer services as the whole point of having the 16 numbers were for her party and photos. They responded after a second chase, but seemed to have missed the understanding of the issue, even though photos were provided. Which i went back with but never heard anything else. i would suggest this company is a bit flakey, so be warned!

Delivery arrived a day late, with 1/3 of the order missing and some of the delivered balloons deflated & damaged. No response from customer services.

Thank you so much for delivering the 80th birthday balloon on the day specified and was very pleased with the whole process. Will definitely be using you again.

Very happy with Send me balloons ..ordered 2 days before delivery... delivery arrived on time given... balloons were beautiful and boxed securely to preserve the balloons .. and a free cake ... absolutely 100% great quality. Definitely will use them again thank you. Emma
